It's very nice place. Underground parking is available and free of charge. Apartment is super! Well equipped kitchen and rooms. Safe place. Surprise: In the fridge you will even find a bottle of wine that I have not get in France never. Sea view. A lot of cafes and restaurants are nearby. The plates are big there, so be careful-)) Highly recommended for family staying. If you don't like the sea you can use a pool. Many thanks to David for his explanations and help.

The best location- next to beautiful, kilometers long beach and La Mata village with shops, restaurants, bars etc. Apartment has literally everything you might want for even couple of weeks stay. Amazing view on the dunes and sea.- loved to enjoy sunrise with a cup of tea. Special thanks to David who made our check in/check-out and our stay in general comfortable. He was very responsive and accommodating- thank you!

Had to think couple of minutes about this one- if I were super picky I would say perhaps some umbrella or sun protection for the outside sitting space.

Absolytely amazing apartment, location was perfect. Very bright and spacefull apartment. Nice pool, good beches near by, city, restaurants and shops very near, Complimentary water and wine bottles were at the fridge,

Frying pans were bad condition. Only one key to the street gate. One bed crept but I turned mattress that helps. Over all everything was 99% correct.
