Deux chambres situées à moins d'un pâté de maisons du lac où il y a la pêche et la baignade en été. Spa tout neuf dans la cour. À seulement 5 pâtés de maisons du centre de loisirs de Silverthorne où il y a du tennis et du volley-ball d'été, ainsi qu'une piscine intérieure avec toboggan, hammam et racketball et basket-ball.

Listing accurately shows the place. Enjoyed our stay; the hot tub and location to the Blue River Trail were major perks. The beds are on the firm side. Plenty of towels. Great shower.

Brad is an attentive host and was very welcoming. Nice place, perfect location for a ski trip. Hot tub was clean/well maintained. Master bed is very comfy, other mattress was a bit springy. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen appliances/tools. Would stay again and recommend to others. Thanks!

Overall, I had a good stay at the unit. It is well located near anything you would need including restaurants, bars and grocery stores. Proximity to multiple ski mountains was a plus. As others have mentioned, the unit is a bit worn, but it was clean and as well maintained as it can be. The hot tub was also great for some after ski relaxation. Solid value for your money in a location that is generally more expensive.

Truly enjoyed our stay at this property! It is super close to everything but just far enough away from the highway to have an almost rural feel. LOVED the hot tub with a view, used it every day! Brad was very accommodating with our length of stay request and quick to reply when had a small issue with the TV service. Highly recommend!

OK Stay
Property was as described, I had just hoped it would be a bit nicer. Not complaining, my expectations were a little higher than what we got. House was much older and well used than I had anticipated. In much need of a total remodel to make it more attractive. The owner is very responsive, and there is a tenant in the other part of the house to answer questions if needed. The hot tub is the nicest part of this property, we did enjoy that. Overall I was very unhappy with the condition of the house, but that was of my making. You get what you pay for.

Great stay!
This property was great for our recent long weekend in Silverthorne. It's not a huge space, but enough for two couples and a dog - it has everything you need. Beds were comfy, kitchen was stocked with pots and pans to cook all your meals, and the hot tub was a great after a long day of skiing! Brad communicated frequently and sent great instructions for what to expect. It was nice not being in a touristy neighborhood as well. No complaints all around!

Comfortable bed!
This property is as advertised. The king size bed is one of the MOST comfortable I have ever slept on in a VRBO property. I really appreciate this & will definitely book again for that reason & the clean hot tub & great location.
The kitchen could use more glassware, but we always travel with water bottles, so this was not a problem for us. Well stocked with dishwashing liquid, paper products, towels.
The neighbors were quiet - we did not have any issues with noise.

Great for sleeping and being out in the mountains.
Location is fantastic. Beds are comfortable. We loved the hot tub and got to see a moose walk through the yard! We did expect the home to be more upkept and did not have the basics in the kitchen (salt and pepper, hot pads, etc). There were also someone's things left in one of the dressers.

Centrally located. Good for family
Great stay. We had our dog and 1 year old son. With plenty of room. Hot tub was a great way to relax at the end of the day. We liked walking down to the blue river from the house, also the rainbow park down the street for kids is fantastic.

quiet weekend stay.
This was a simple quiet property with easy access to Silverthorne/ mountains. The hot tub was really awesome and we throughly enjoyed it morning with our coffee and at night to relax.
Here’s some thoughts:
Beds were comfortable. Main surfaces were clean, and additional cleaning supplies provided.
House is part of a duplex/ so you can hear neighbors below and others coming/going.
No washer dryer, so may need to bring additional towels if you are also wanting to have a hot-tub towel. Or have messy kids/ are outside a lot.

Wonderful Ski Getaway
We really enjoyed our time at this property. The location was convenient to many ski resorts, the space was nicely setup, the mountain view was breathtaking and the hot tub was an excellent touch. We'll for sure try to stay here again in the near future.

Great home for travelers with a dog
Brads home was clean and well stocked with all that is needed. We needed a home that will accommodate a dog and there aren't many avaialble. This is a quiet neighborhood with a small lake to walk dogs which worked out great. My sons dog barked and whined during the morning which disturbed the sleep of the downstairs tenant. We spoke to Brad, solved the issue and all was good. We would rent again when traveling with the dog as it is convenient to Breck, Keystone and A-basin.

Close to Everything
My son and I enjoyed our time skiing. We loved that we were close to all the resorts as well as to local restaurants and stores. The Hot Tub was also a life saver after a long day on the slopes. The only recommendation I have is to make sure you keep your car doors locked! We accidentally left ours open and had $1200 worth of gear stolen right out of the rental car. The area is not sketchy at all so I'm sure it was just someone targeting rental properties. Go ahead and book your stay. You will definitely enjoy yourself.
