Fabulous location - beautiful view and you can snorkel and swim right outside. House had everything we needed and comfy beds, great having fans and mosquito screens so can leave windows open while sleeping. Ample linen provided including beach towels.
Could do with a few more water glasses, and a dishcloth or two would be handy.

Loved the location, great snorkelling right out the front. Liked that the property had some lawn in front, the wind from the south east can be quite strong sometimes and being set back provides protection. Sitting on the verandah and having breakfast while looking out on the lagoon is the perfect way to start your day.
Only thing that could make it better would be mozzie screens on the sliding doors.

The location of the property is situated on an amazing beach front, great for families! also felt very private as well being tucked away from the main road.
only thing missing was the washing machine which I believe was away getting fixed at the time. however I do believe this should be at the property now but just during our stay we didn’t have this facility. however In saying that I do appreciate how the host advised us of this on the day we checked in. wasn’t a big issue for us!

We loved everything about this property. It's view go the beach was stunning. The house itself is very well maintained - it is clean, comfortable, modern and has everything you need. It is in a fantastic location- its own backyard beach which was excellent for snorkelling, swimming and strolling. Charlies, Rarotonga just down the road turned out go be our local.
The only thing the property should have is sliding insect screen doors for all sliding doors on the deck. The local roosters are a pain, 3am alarm clocks every morning- just make sure you bring earplugs and you'll be right.

Our only criticism of the property was the information book was not up to date. This really does need to be fixed. Everything else was excellent

Perfect location! Stunning views with large front lawn down to the beautiful beach and the house had everything we needed. The property manager was lovely to deal with. We will definitely be rebooking next time we come over :)

Proper seating (couches and/or arm chairs) in the lounge (currently outdoor furniture which is not comfortable to sit on - moves all over the place and just uncomfortable).

We loved being right at the beach with the lawn in front was perfect. Easy walk to restaurants and cafe's.

We really liked the location and the shady porch. We also enjoyed meeting the manager Helen who was lovely and helpful.
