Swimming pool was nice and clean, so were the bed sheets, lots of clean bathrooms, great location, plenty of space inside and out, air con was effective. The owner Nick was very helpful and responsive when we had a problem

No instructions for safe. Could not find cleaning utensils, could not use B&Q. Problem with ants even if no food was about.

A lot of broken/dirty eqipment like pool beds, bbq area, glass on the table, door locks, not working showers (but the owner showed up pretty quickly and fixed the water problem).

Spacious, sunny house with plenty of room for 6–8 people and an en suite bathroom in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. 5 minutes walk from restaurants, 10 minutes walk from Nissi Beach with a private pool, an outdoor dining area, and quite a big barbecue. Private parking space. Overall, a nice place, if you turn a blind eye to some flaws.

Despite the fact that the house is not old, it is already a bit worn. Dirty stains between the windows glass make a really bad first impression. Basic furnishings. Worn living room sofa—the landlord should really clean it thoroughly or renew it. On the pictures of the Booking.com offer, there are pictures of several similar houses, and you actually don't know which one you book. The fourth bedroom is located under the staircase in a kind of former garage room, has only one small window, and is much worse than the other three (which actually matters only if there are more than 6 people in the house).

Huge thanks to host! The villa was big, comfortable, clean and had everything you need to chill, rest and have a good time. The pool water was good to swim. We were making BBQ outside - all needed items were at hand so we didn't need to waste time finding coal in shops, fire liquid etc. The wifi worked well. All kitchen equipment was present - we made a delicious dinner. Rooms are comfortable and good to sleep with fresh bedding. Check-in was super easy - we got instructions by call. This is the moment when you don't need to describe much - everything is perfect! Thanks to host who agreed for free late check-out, because Cyprus is a place where you don't want to be hurry :). I definitely recommend that!

Better to come with a car because there are no big shops around so we had to drive to Paralimni Lidl. That's not about property. We had a car and could move around. The property is great one!

Amazing property, is bigger than we thought in the inside. We stayed as a group of 10 and was very spacey and comfortable. The host also sorted out all our needs during the stay including sorting out transfers, buying safe reliable tickets to events and suppling us with discount codes for food and travel.
