– The camp is far in the desert and let’s you stay at the perfect location. Ateeg helped us with anything we needed and took us on a jeep tour and drove us to a beautiful place to watch the sunset. In the evening we had an amazing Bedouin dinner and some music with candle lights. In the morning there was breakfast. The food was once again amazing!

This was so worth it! I think it's definitely worth doing together with the tour! Beautiful full day tour plus staying at the camp was one of the best things I've done! Super friendly staff and awesome views

When I travel abroad, I always enjoy tasting new food and learning about new cultures. Spending the night at Golden Sands Camp in Wadi Rum allowed me to do just that. I tried a delicious Bedouin dish cooked underneath the ground in the middle of the desert for dinner, which was truly a five-star experience. After dinner, the music around the campfire was a wonderful experience to behold, creating a sense of community in the desert. I will definitely be returning soon and I recommend you visit as well. In my humble opinion, this camp is the best that Wadi Rum has to offer.

A wonderful stay in Wadi Rum, such a special place and the camp was the ideal way to experience the desert. All the Bedouin very welcoming and we enjoyed the food and desert jeep tour very much. This place is awsome! The food is incredible, beautiful scenery, the stuff is great, it’s clean also and comfortable.Truly a 5 star experience I recommend to stay more than one night.The sunset, 4x4 ride was great.We also rode camels which I enjoyed a lot more than I thought I would.They seem well-loved and taken care of ! The whole experience has been memorable , Thank you so much 🙂

I take trip to Wadi Rum with parents and friend and we enjoy our time very much. The camp was manificent with warm shower, clean toilet and great dinner area. Food was also tasty: I loved the rice and chicken, and mia vegetarian madre also find great options. Bedouin singing after dinner is also beautiful cultural experience.

Dinner at Golden Sands Camp was exceptional, as always. Since staying here last in 2018, I've wanted to come back to Eteg's camp with my wife ever since. The food, the jeep tour, the hospitality, and the incredible location once again knocked me off my feet! Overall, the experience was excellent. I whole-heartedly recommend a night sleeping under the stars at Eteg's camp to any visitor who wishes to have an unforgettable experience with an incredible host in Wadi Rum!

One of the best experiences in my life. We did the jeep tour in the desert until the sunset. Then we had an amazing traditional dinner with music. Great atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. Bedrooms were good enough for a desert and the toilets/showers were in perfect condition. The owner arranged for us a driver to come from Petra to the desert and another one from the desert to Amman, which was really appreciated.

Just a point to make: I booked the room via booking but the payment is done when you leave, including all the activities you made. Not sure if the price shown in booking is the same as the one shown in their website, so I would suggest to trust more the prices in their website. Anyway, the price was fair and really good value for money!

Very friendly staff. Helpful. Breakfast was very tasty and dinner even more. The trip in the desert was great, the chauffeur added to catch the sunset :) Accommodation was clean, enough to sleep, bathroom and toilet was renovated and clean! After dinner there was a program where they sang, danced a lot of tea, it was very fun! We highly recommend :) Thanks for everything Klaudia, Veronika, Zuzana, Natália and Patrícia. ☺️

Location is perfect, friendly staff, amazing food and experience. Campfire, music, traditional dinner and shisha. The sky is really clear at night and lots of local guides. Bathroom and room are very clean.

Some services were extra cost and at a slightly higher price than listed. Dinner is 15JD per person and transfer back to the visitor center another 10JD per person but well worth it.
