Location : I came to Rurrenabaque because of the Amazon forest. I found out about the pampas only after I got there . Rurrenabaque is a small town and the resort is situated about 10 minutes walk to the center of town and a few minutes by tuk tuk. The resort can call a tuk tuk for you. In the past I had stayed very close to the center of town but I heard loud music from a bar across the street until 3 am ( in Sucre ), loud church bell ringing every 30 minutes ( Tequila, Mexico and Varenna, Italy), and/or noise from motorcycles or simple cars passing over cobblestone streets. This is an oasis because it is so quiet in the edge of town. I woke up to the sound of nature.
Facility : The facility and amenity are incredible. The resort has 7 bungalows , each with 2 rooms and great for family , friends and solo traveler like me. Inside the room is a desk or two for working and perfect for people who work from home ( nowadays home can be a beach, a resort, or any place where is a good internet connection ) . The windows are huge and offer plenty of natural light. On top of 2 bungalows as I recall have gazebos for relaxation. There is a nice pool where I could refresh myself . The room has air conditioner. It is a welcome respite during the day. At night, the temperature is very comfortable so one doesn’t really need it.
Breakfast : Breakfast is included in the price. I got plenty of different kinds of bread, fresh fruit, eggs, coffee and juice. I was told there are 12 different kind of fruit trees in this resort. I really liked my freshly squeezed organic star fruit juice grown in the resort. Star fruit is hard to find in the supermarkets in Los Ángeles so I was surprised to offer a jar of star fruit juice.
Cleanliness : The room is inside a common seating area so is very clean because it is enclosed and dust and insects are hard to come in.
Staff : very friendly and helpful.
Value for Money : For what I got, it has great value.
I didn’t like the fact that I have to leave. I will definitely come back again.

REALLY nice and helpful staff. We got good recommandations for tour agencies and Omar from the reception even brought us coconuts when we were at the pool (which was great and really clean btw).
We didn't like that you can't open the windows (probably because of the AC). There was an odd smell in the room. In the end it was okay, you spend most of the time outside anyway.

Location, cleanliness
It was advertised as having a restaurant on the premises. The restaurant was only open for breakfast. Also, it was not disclosed in advance that the hotel does not accept credit cards, and they refused to change my usd because there was a tiny tear in a bill I gave them. I was about to give up - after a long trip - and try to find somewhere else but luckily the driver from my tour company who drove me there agreed to give me Bolivianes for my dollars.

Beautiful and well maintained premises with lots of green and a large and small pool. The room was spacious and located in a private bungalow. It had an AC and warm water in the shower, everything was clean. The included breakfast was good. The staff was really great and helpful and let us check-in early in the morning directly after we arrived!
Besides breakfast, there is no restaurant service - although the staff was super nice and served beers at the pool!

The pool was great and also the airco in the room was very welcome in this humid climate. Room was also quite big.
Breakfast was good but could be a bit more extensive.

Lovely pool, spacious rooms and nice breakfast.
Bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner and it said that card was accepted but it wasn’t.

Owner and staff were kind and helpful. Nice big pool and nice breakfast area. Huge bungalows.
Swimming pool was closed for maintenance (all day Tuesday). No bedside light (very bright bare bulb in bedroom). No hot water (shower heater was broken but still gave me electric shock).

Spacious room with comfortable bed. Large pool area which would be great in good weather. Very close to the airport and they offer free transfer. Our flight was cancelled due to bad rain and they had us back for 2 more nights. Staff were very friendly and helped us with our spanish! :)
Shower was unfortunately cold for the last 2 days of our stay. When we tried to make it hotter it gave a small electric shock at the top. Remote for air con was broken too towards the end of the stay, which meant we couldn’t turn the air con off. The hotel was a little out of the centre so meant we had to travel a bit for any restaurants. Breakfast wasn’t amazing either and got a bit repetitive.

Nice rooms and friendly staff. Very beautiful property.
Some of the amenities that the website claimed to be provided were not, such as free airport transportation and money exchange. Not a big deal but the posting should be updated to reflect current offerings.

Amazing place! Staff were all very helpful, checked us in early and stored bags for us... and the cabaña was really spacious, spotlessly clean, hot showers, A/C, extra sitting room as well as bedroom. The pool and grounds are much bigger than they looked on photos, and it's a very quiet and relaxing spot! Only a few mins walk to everything in town, so tour agencies, shops, restaurants all easy to get to, and the breakfast is very generous and delicious - we highly recommend!
All is great!

The hotel is a paradise where you can relax perfectly. Breakfast is superb. Staff is very nice and took good care of me when I was, unfortunately, sick.
Bathrooms could be a tiny bit cleaner, but that is the only very small minus I wanna give.

Great place! The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast is good. It's a nice place to relax at the pool or in the hammocks if you have some time in Rurrenabaque. I would stay here again!

Bit more swish than other options in Rurrenbaque, nice pool, quiet, decent value for money. Nice break after Jungle / Pampas
Bit of a trek from town centre, was very empty when we stayed and felt a bit lonely. Would probably have stayed closer to centre if picking again.

We specifically chose this place because it said in the Booking.com listing you can pay with a credit card. It doesn’t take any and the front desk clerk told us it hasn’t since the pandemic.
Please update the listing to reflect that.
Otherwise the place was ok.

The host, José, was friendly and helpful throughout my short stay. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet, perfect after the quiet of the Amazon. The hot shower and breakfast was also really good. I would recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere comfortable after "roughing" it in the jungle or Pampas!
It is a bit far out of town - this wasn't necessarily a bad thing but I should have taken a tuk tuk rather than walked from the tour agency. Something to consider if you are staying here after a tour 😊

Nice pool
Friendly staff (Jesus!)
Airconditioning
Excellent breakfast
None. 15-20min walk (or 2min by tuktuk) from centre makes it a quiet and relaxing place.

It felt like coming home... The Nice people, the beautiful garden, the beautiful rooms and the calm admosphere was beautiful! They help you with every question and they even showed me all the birds and i could try a banana from a bananaplant.
I came back and still planning on coming again in between my travels.

We had a comfortable stay with a a warm welcome. The grounds are well maintained. The decor is a bit dated but you are in the jungle and everything was clean. We were grateful for the fridge, air con and safe. We didn't eat an evening meal there or use the pool but we did have a very generous breakfast and they were happy to help out with anything.
