perfect location for the town and for a base to explore the beautiful county Mayo.
The property was perfect for us as brother and sister, it was clean and stylishly decorated, and any questions we may have had about the property were answered before we got there.
We thought the bar downstairs may be an issue, but it wasn't at all
Would absolutely revisit this place next time
The only things I would put in here are not really applicable to me.
Whist the location is great, it's worth highlighting the only way in is via metal staircase, I think if I struggled with mobility in any way I would worry a bit as I was cautious myself when they were wet.

Great location, modern apartment, comfortable beds, nice kitchen, hot shower on demand.
We will be back, but the difference between good and great for us:
The place was quite dusty (particularly the fan vent in the bathroom). At different points we found random bits of dust on our clothes.
The towels were microfibre/artificial so not the best for drying yourself after a shower.

There really was nothing to dislike. Superb facilities, awesome renovation Karl. Everything top spec, top quality 10/10

Good location everything you needed
Plug in bathroom sink needs looking at push down type didn’t come back up very difficult eventually it did pop back up the next day also very slow drainage from sink and shower?other than that nothing else was a problem.

The apartment was spotless, and it had everything we needed. Also, the location is perfect hope to stay there again . They lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice and helpful .

It was hard to locate the property at the beginning as its in a courtyard up stairs and I did not have any directions.
Would have liked better directions to the property.

A lovely apartment right in the Centre of town. You can eat at some great places right downstairs or just wander into Ballina for the shops or an evening out. The apartment was very cosy and cool and has everything you could need.

Location was excellent. Apartment was comfortable and well kitted out. We had a lovely relaxing time. Communication was excellent. We would definitely stay again.
Nothing that would put us off staying. The stairs were slippy when wet so our four year old was very nervous. The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud. The above sink light didn’t work so wasn’t an alternative unfortunately.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and it was in a fabulous location. I would highly recommend it! Great value for money! The landlady asked if there was anything we needed and I suggested umbrellas and they were supplied... fortunately though, they weren't needed!
A little welcome pack (a pint of milk, a few tea bags and some bread and butter) would have been wonderful as we arrived late at night and the shops were closed... Also there weren't any tea towels...apart from that it was lovely 😀

Very centrally located near shopping area with a variety of restaurants to choose from. Host was very accommodating. Will definitely be returned and I highly recommend this property.
There were blackout blinds in the main bedroom but no blinds in the Velux windows in the children's bedroom. This really needs to be addressed.

The location was excellent with 2 restaurants below. The apartment was spacious with ample facilities.
No lift had to use metal staircase - a bit difficult due to mobility issues Hairdryer in apartment didn't work.

Location and decor were great. Funky apartment with great restaurants underneath. Loved the modern twist to old world bond house.
