The hotel was nice and cosy. Its location was between the city's center and the park Kleptuza so you can go everywhere by 5-10 minutes walk. The spa and wellness facilities were clean and very nice for resting. Also, there was a bar where you can buy drinks to have near the pool. The hotel staff was so nice and helpful!

Zarevata Guest House is an awesome place for a relaxing stay! The staff is super friendly and accommodating. All the facilities are available and kept in perfect working condition. During our stay we used all the SPA facilities and were more than happy with the duration and the ease of use. The rooms we booked were fully-equipped and extra clean. The owner makes sure you get the warmest welcome and makes sure every corner of the guest house is cleaned daily. Very high attention to detail! The bar is well-stocked and has quite reasonable prices. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay at the Zarevata Guest House! Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

We booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms including a living room. We got a room with 2 large balconies. There is hot water, big beds, a quiet place, parking, drying facilities. Excellent spa area: includes a pool with hot water and 2 types of sauna. There is also a jacuzzi for a fee.

Everything was excellent. Just a small thing: the water in the shower escapes all over the bathroom. We talked to the hostess and got a mop.

The pool was very very hot. It's definitely something that people like, but for me it was hot.

Well furnished rooms, clean and comfortable. Well maintained pool and spa zone, masseurs were great. Good restaurants very close by. 15 minute walk from the city centre.

The rooms were too hot even with the radiators turned off.

Everyone was extremely friendly and polite, from the ladies who did the massages to the one at the reception. The room was clean and had everything a person would need for a good stay. There was also coffee and tea that were at our disposal. When it comes to the spa section of the guest house, we loved the swimming pool and how warm it was. Another positive was that there weren't that many people in any of the facilities so we could relax and enjoy our stay.

There were guests who were loud all throughout the night. Had to get up and talk to them to be a bit quieter ... didn't really work. The lady at the reception apologized several times about the accident.
