Cleanliness did let it down or I would have scored it higher. The bathroom had a couple of spiders webs and the non slip mat in the shower had dirt running out of it and the bath mat on the floor looked quite marked

Great location being close to promenade and shops. Spacious and clean.
No on-site parking and relying on a space available outside building.

The shower was blocked a little, there was sand in the shower base, the sink plug wasn’t attached

Clean, spacious, good light, was hot so there was a good draft through. also is close to beach, town centre and pubs. We got parked on the road right outside too. All round excellent stay.

Lovely spacious flat. Clean and very comfortable. WiFi was good.
Instructions were clear. Very quiet and close to the sea and town centre.

Dirty and stained bed linen and pillows. The bed sheets had not been changed, someone had previously slept in the bed. Dirty marks and hairs in the bed.
Smell of stale smoke in the apartment.

Lack of shelves in bathroom, no full length mirror, no dressing table in bedroom, no toilet paper holder. Lack of attention to detail.

The location was very good. The accommodation was clean and well equipped. There was a garden to the rear of the property with bird feeders which were in constant use by the local bird population. Although we didn't have access, we could watch the birds from lounge window.
We were close to a really good Indian Restaurant and a lovely sea front pub which served delicious, generously portioned meals.
The fact that the host allowed us entry earlier than the scheduled time was very much appreciated!
It met our needs for what was only a two night stay. Had we been there much longer, we would have appreciated a fridge freezer instead of the extremely large fridge.
We also felt the heating struggled to cope in what was a very large living area - although probably not such an issue if you visit in the summer months

location excellent. two minutes from sea front and centre. comfortable sofa and bed. large airy rooms. effective heating and lots of hot water. Generally clean with some exceptions see later in comments.
I’d suggest it’s been refurbished on a strict budget with very few niceties and some fundamentals missing. No mirror in bedroom, no dressing table so it meant drying hair in lounge or hallway with no where to put hairbrush etc. no shelves or storage in bathroom so nowhere for toiletries, no hook or towel rails to hold towels and for them to dry after use. no tiles or splash backs on sinks, bathroom sink had very calcified dirty plug hole with an old fashioned rubber plug replacing what should have been a pop up plug, water hose to shower head has black mould on it. Main thing of concern is that there is no hand rail on the stairs to and from the apartment which is on the first floor, staircase is a
little narrow with small treads so not very easy to use if you have limited mobility. Given people will be carrying luggage this is a bit of a concern for me.

Kayleigh was very accommodating with my mum and partner who is elderly at 84
they allowed them to check in earlier and check out later due to his co diction with Parkinson’s

The flat was in a fairly quiet side street close to the town centre and beach. We were able to park outside the property (though it was mid-week and off-peak season). The flat was very roomy with comfy furniture. The microwave, hob and oven were all very clean and in good condition
We were only there a couple of nights so didn't use the kitchen very much. However, the kitchen appeared to be a bit lacking in basic tools (chopping board, kitchen scissors etc.) and also cleaning equipment (no cloth for wiping down surfaces, dust pan and brush etc.) .

location/accommodation clean & good - parking was on street outside/opposite the flats. Handy for meeting inlays at local caravan park for birthday celebrations etc. Electric room heaters certainly warmed the rooms up quickly. To keep their costs down I would suggest Joe thinks about heaters with room stats but that's the owners decision?
mentioning the flat was located in number 7 - but only a minor detail. A disposable miniature milk carton would have been good for a cuppa before we left - but only a minor point. We could have taken our own. Teabags etc were available to use.

Very large living room and bedroom. Had everything we needed in the apartment, even Netflix. Bed was really comfortable and location was great.
Shower needs a shelf inside as no where to put shampoo etc.
Could have done with a full length mirror.
