Every single staff member we came across was polite, attentive and friendly. The hotel is beautifully kept and well located. We would happily stay here again!

Good central location. Nice room and a good breakfast. Turned out to be walking distance to the Bus terminal which was helpful. Had a communal kitchen which was useful. And a pleasant courtyard area to sit outside

The location is great just minutes from the bus terminal and the town centre. The courtyard was a great feature of the property. The room was large and clean. Would stay again.

The kitchen in which the breakfast was being prepared was just opposite our room so it was quite noisy from 6am, but I guess it’s the luck of the draw. The kitchen was a good surprise but not everything worked.

The staff at check in and throughout the stay were very friendly and helpful. The building is characterful and has sheltered outside seating; the plants smelled lovely in the sunshine and there is a small kitchen for guests to prepare hot drinks. to enjoy inside rooms or in the courtyard. The room was an acceptable size for the price paid, with a clean and comfortable bed. 15-minute walk from the bus station, and 5 minutes to the historic centre of town.

The bathroom was very large, but cold because the window did not close fully; this wasn't great in the mornings. The room itself had a small, heater, but this was only enough if the bathroom door was closed. The front door of the property does not have a key or access code, meaning you have to ring to be let in every time you return. The hotel is a good budget option, but this means breakfast is very basic. Fresh juice or some fruit would have been nice.

The staff was very friendly. They guide the hotel with care and love.

The nights were a bit cold, and the small heater was not able to heat up the room sufficiently.

A very accomodating hotel located within walking distance of the downtown core. Had a very comfortable mattress, sheets, with a very plush wool topped converter. Would highly recommend this hotel without hesistation.

Breakfast we didnt like...poor quality...cold toasts and everything too sweet.(Juice...cereal and mermelade.) Real grain coffee would be nice to have.

The place is super comfortable, clean and fresh. TV has Netflix access and the room we got was huge. Bathroom was super nice too. Breakfast was fine, not much variaty but good enough. The staff is super sweet and the girls serving breakfast and cleaning are super nice too. The interior patio is beautiful. It is quite close to the bus terminal (10 to 15 minutes walking) and close to the center.

I didn't feel much secure in the area to be honest. We ended up grabbing Ubers to come back home late cause the city does not feel that safe anymore. It has nothing to do with the Hotel of course.

Daily room cleaning. Love the design and we had free breakfast. Staff are nice.

The staff was friendly and let us check into the room early because we had taken an overnight bus. Breakfast was nice and the beds were comfortable. It is well located as we walked to and from the bus station and the central square.

When we first arrived there was no registry of us having a Reservation at all, which made us nervous. Eventually it was found and we were allowed to check in

Beautiful hotel, perfect location in La Serena. Staff are so kind and attentive - my partner was taken Ill during our stay and they were so caring. Loved having breakfast bought to the room. We had a private bathroom but the shared bathrooms were equally as nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel :)
