El Depa está limpio, funcional y la terraza es la más grande del edificio...la vista al lago y el personal es amable.

Por las noches no pudimos disfrutar de la terraza por una graan parvada de pájaros que están instalados en la parte alta del edificio y entre el sonido intenso y la popo de los pájaros no se pudo, también hay muchos insectos. Hay una subterraza en el edificio y está muy grande, entonces quita un poco ver más de cerca el lago. El agua de la alberca es fría.

The pool was nice and clean, the staff were nice.

I didn't like that the restaurant closed so early, the apartment needs some maintenance and some better cleaning and more blankets.

The apartment has a great location and a great lake view, but you can't cross the property to swim in the lake or use the resort pool if you don't pay $200 per person/ per day!!! which mean that you DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE LAKE OR POOL WITHOUT PAYING EXTRA FEES PER PERSON PER DAY. We were not informed that what was in the pictures and description wasn't included on our stay. We couldn't use the resort pool or stay at the common areas in front of the lake because the owner didn't have what they called "club de playa," IF you want to use it they will charge you an extra $200 PESOS PER PERSON PER DAY!!!!!!!! We were 4 people and there were 2 towels in the apartment we needed to share the towels, and they didn't have extra linens or pillow covers to the sofa bed were we had our kids sleeping, that was frustrating. We ended up living the property earlier than expected. We called the apartment owner to have explanation and in another words he said "it is what it is!
