We arrived there 10 minutes before check in time and the apartment was not ready. We were told to come back in 2hs time. The apartment is ok however the listing is HIGHLY MISLEADING. WE BOOKED WHAT WAS LISTED AS 2 BED 2 BATH JUST TO DISCOVER THAT IT WAS ACTUALLY A 1 AND A HALF BATHROOM. THERE IS ONLY ONE SHOWER, WHICH IS EXTREMELY SMALL.

Large, modern and clean apartment in a good area walking distance to central Sorrento and it’s attractions. The 3 balconies provided outdoor space to catch the sun or have a terrace meal with a view of the green hills behind the town - very relaxing! Francesco and his assistant were friendly responsive and gave us many tips to enhance our stay.

Lots of room - great location and quiet - both from neighbour and street noise. Balconys were very nice when you could sit outside ( we were there in April)

The mattress was very comfortable, but the pillows need to be replaced. They were totally flat and it was hard to get comfortable. The "living room/third bedroom" needs a coffee table. There was no where to comfortably sit if you had to stay inside. Also the lighting in that room was very poor - no lamps, just a huge ceiling florescent fixture. Also - the garbage system is a bit complicated. Please provide bags if you expect guests to remove garbage/recyling daily.

Wifi is not too strong. Water in Sorrento is bad ( it's not a fault of this apartment)

The location, even if there was noise from traffic! The two main bedrooms were good! And the best was the three balconies! Fransesco, the host, was very helpful and fixed things during our stay.

In the prospect it said two bathrooms, one with shower. Well, there was one good room with a toilet, the one with a shower and toilet was tiny. The third big room was nothing? A big room with a bed and an old sofa, not fitted for either sleeping or sitting, no TV there and just one industrial lamp in the ceiling. The inventory list in the kitchen was not complete and the utensils were old. No wineglasses😱, we bought som and then the host got us some, too, - in a couple of days.

Wifi coverage in the rooms was not great and the kitchen aircon was leaking. Didn't use wifi much so was not a big deal. Leaking aircon could lead to accidents as the water on the tiles is very slippery.

The property was lovely, very clean and had exceptional views from the balconies. The kitchen had everything we needed, there was a hair dryer, iron and board, even a sewing kit! The host (Francesco) was incredible, I really can’t express how amazing he was during our stay! He was only a message away if we had any issues and went above and beyond to let us know of the best spots in the area and help us arrange trips.
