Beautiful rooms in a quiet neighborhood in the old city. Lots of great restaurants close by. Very friendly staff.

We loved our stay at Veintiuno, the staff were incredible and facilitated our every need. The rooms are well appointed, the breakfast was delicious, and the location is perfect. There are lots of really good restaurants nearby (El Santo was our favourite). Aside from the excellent staff, the rooftop area was our highlight. Lovely pool and lounge area with lots of seating options and an honesty bar. We will definitely be back.

The hotel is right in the heart of the old town, walking distance from most attractions. Breakfast on the terrace was really good and had quality ingredients, although not many options. Staff was super friendly and helpful, they helped me change my flight, book and airport taxi, and had many recommendations for good restaurants.
The bathroom was in a glass cabin inside the room - there were no walls or a door separating the bathroom from the bed and the rest of the room - which was a bit strange and can be uncomfortable if you are not alone.

Overall it was an amazing and very positive experience. The Staff was super friendly and always available to answer any possible questions and to help with any possible way. The breakfast was good And the location was amazing.
Breakfast might need a bit improvement . Have more options maybe because the food was great and the chef excellent.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Staff were so helpful and kind. Rooftop plunge pool and bar was the perfect environment to relax and read.
If the breakfast could have a couple more vegan options at breakfast. Maybe some tofu to replace eggs and some dairy free milk for coffee but still very helpful with what dishes to choose from.

The location was excellent in a lovely quiet street. The design of the hotel was very attractive and comfortable and the team were extremely welcoming.
A deeper roof pool would have been nice.

Great location for the old town. Nicely designed boutique hotel. We just stayed one night for a posh meal across town so didn't spend a huge amount of time there but noticed that you can sign into netflix/prime on the telly, which is handy.

Everything! A charming hotel in a great location, but the staff are the crowning glory - everyone is so professional but friendly and nothing is too much trouble. the rooftop bar of an evening is such a chilled out place to be. We’ll be back again without doubt!

We stayed here for the Christmas holidays and couldn't have been happier with the overall experience - from the beautiful building, rooms, location, and to the thoughtful staff, delicious breakfast, and the stunning rooftop deck. It was a quiet, relaxing getaway. I would come back and stay here again just to stay at this hotel.
