The view and location!

It is living on its laurels from it’s booking.com rating from 2018, but nothings been taken care since then. Broken furniture, broken beds, dirty small appliances, toilet roll holder falling off wall, sink broken and shower head leaking and falling off the wall. Plants all dead outside. Seemed like it was a bot answering you because nothing was ever answered! Terrible place!

The taxi rank outside meant only a short cab ride to major attractions in the heat. Tram and metro also right there, but no time to properly investigate this trip. Oh and the view is pretty special. Probably it’s best feature.

Modest “tired” decor and facilities - looked and felt like it formerly belonged to an elderly dead relative - no reliable hot water; shower nozzle (for cold showers that is) hanging off the wall; blocked kitchen drain; really needs some serious TLC. A very basic property save for the view

The location was great made it easy to see everything we wanted to! For the price it was so surprising we got such a view and spacious place.

Maybe an extra key would of been useful for more flexibility. Other than that nothing I can think of.

It was the perfect location for us to stay in Athens. Magnificent Acropolis view.

The location was superb. A 20-minute walk from the Acropolis and Plaka, with a gorgeous view of the Acropolis from our fifth floor balcony. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. Rooms were comfy and spacious and beds really comfortable. The neighbourhood was great--cafes, a bakery, a cava nearby run by a lovely family, and friendliness all around. Highly recommended!

Because we were arriving in two separate parties, I asked the host to send the lock box information to my brother-in-law, who was arriving first. The host did not respond in a timely manner, causing stress for my brother in law, who is 80, which I explained to the host two weeks before our arrival. However, the neighbourhood was so friendly that he had many offers of help, and ultimately the host send a representative down to meet my brother in law and let him in. A minor inconvenience, but it could have been avoided with earlier and clearer communication from the host.

The host was always helpul to answer any of the queries we had.

the inside of the kettle and toaster were cleaned but was not a big deal just ensure that is properly cleaned before the next tenant checks in

The view and terrace were great. The apartment was clean and had all necessary facilities.

-the double bed and doors where creaking very bad and the sound was annoying, especially at night.
