Good location if you had a car(which we did) Management of complex staff great Pool and area very good and clean Laundry excellent,great size washing machine/dryer and extremely efficient Next door to a fabulous Ice Cream Shop

No fob(access to pool area)initially (didn’t know we needed one till wonderful maintenance guy told us about it and lent us one till ‘Vacasa ‘ people got us 2)(the next day) Needed like a unit info booklet eg :pool fob info,where to put out your trash, etc The unit we were in needed more maintenance ie: Main bedroom bamboo blinds broken (would not roll up so needed to tie up with the cord) and if left down the room was extremely dark Not enough cutlery ie:1 or 2 dessert spoons and teaspoons (needed at least 4 of each) No drinking glasses (only plastic cups) Toilet roll holders rusted Outdoor patio setting rusted Fluorescent light in kitchen blown Lots of small things that could easily be replaced/upgraded

Great location and very spacious! 2 bathrooms are exactly what you need after the beach. Bedrooms are nice but mattresses are too old/too used in the smaller bedroom. Views are pretty good from all windows and the balcony is not bad either, washing machine and dryer for coins very conveniently nearby, as well as the elevator. Parking is easy. Kitchen is good, TV is huge, very nice couch. Beach accessories available.

Identity verification took very long because the phone call kept dropping. Key for the check in wasn’t there at first, somebody came and gave it to us after 20 some minutes of waiting. Other than that - could be actually cleaned before arrival, some details in the apartment could be easily fixed or replaced. People often smoked cigarettes on other balconies so we couldn’t open/use it at times

close to beach access quite comfortably bed a little dated but hey you don’t spend much time inside

both the showers had issues that couldn’t be resolved They did how ever bring us a pool key that was missing

the condo was great but had the hardest time with the access with not having the keys to the pool area and getting them to bring us the key was a hastle

not having the keys to access the pool area and not being given the key fob to come in from the pool area and getting ahold of the people to get the keys there was a lot of miscommunication from them

The property was right across from the Daytona beach, which was very convenient. It was also clean. The pool was so beautiful.

The bed in the master bedroom was broken, my friend sat down on it and it broke on the right side, when I picked up the mattress to look at it, it looks like it has been screwed in 100 times. Thankfully I had a screwdriver in my car, so that I can screw it back in. All the furniture in the bedroom needs to be replaced. Also I wish the pool was less hot and cooler.

Location, pleasant people. The TV wasn't working but we rang.and it was fixed almost immediately .,by a very pleasant gentleman.

The apartment looks a little tired and could do with a refresh with paint. The shower cubicle had rusty hinges & the door shoppers.Also there was only one set of keys available, we were a group of 5 & another set would of been good.
