Great position. Very pretty countryside and villages and Holt or the coast are very close by. House was very clean and comfortable and had everything you would ever need for a short stay.

It was adequate.

The property is difficult to find as the name Pipp’s Acre can only be seen when approached from the opposite direction from that recommended by the owner. The rooms were very cold when we arrived. We found the drive blocked by a van when we wanted to go out to eat. The shower was dangerously slippery with no handholds. We had to ask the owner for some kitchen towel as it was very low.

exceeded my expectations. lovely little cottage with plenty of space and everything you needed for a self catering holiday. been greeted by the owners dogs was a bonus, my children (20 &17) loved it. was a great location for exploring north Norfolk, wished I’d had longer here.

I never usually sleep well when I'm away but I slept really well here! The accomodation was peaceful and had everything we needed! Plus, the host was very friendly and made us feel completely at home...loved it.

It was a good value for money property and suited our requirements with everything on the ground floor.

Lovely little bungalow, spotlessly clean, well equipped, very comfortable. Nice outside sitting area. Good location near to coast, Holt, steam railway and Stody Gardens. Very friendly and helpful owner Nicky. We brought my 88 year old mother for a break and it was ideal. All on one level and easy to get around. She thoroughly enjoyed it.

I felt that the duvet was a little thin, and would have appreciated an extra coverlet The lighting for reading in the sitting room could be brighter, but this is not a complaint.
