I don’t like anything at this property.

First, there was no proper lock at the main door. Room was not cleaned. No hot water in bathroom. In short it was very bedtime and wast of money for this booking.

Both rooms we stayed in were extremely clean. Beds were comfortable.

The room we stayed in on Sat October 2nd was not properly prepared. Check in was 3pm we got to the room at 6pm and the AC was not on so the room was very hot. There was no toilet paper in the unit. I mean no roll, no half roll not even a sheet. We had to take time out and go out and purchase a roll. There were no hand towels or face cloths. There was no shower curtain so the towel that were there we have to use on the bath room floor because it became flooded. There was no one on site to talk to about these problems.

What Breakfast? Didn’t no it was included

The location

We love the Tracy, super well disposed and very attentive. The studio was very large, a room with a very comfortable bed, very clean with air conditioning, a very soft minimalist décor. A bathroom with the shower, very clean and with several towels. A kitchen equipped with an eating area as well as a huge sofa with tv. The part we liked the most was the garden which was a very pleasant area that the night was simply romantic, I loved strongly recommend .I almost forget WI very fast and free .

Nothing negative .... on the contrary we just liked to have stayed longer ( We stay 15 days :) )
