Location good, nice pool area and superb small Spanish town.

No lock on bathroom door, uncomfortable sofa

The apartment was huge! It had a spacious living room and kitchen with full size fridge. A supermarket is 5 min walk and we were able to cook breakfast every morning since breakfast is hard to come by in Spain all for less than 10 euro in grocery for 3 days. Everything was comfortable and perfect. The pool that they have is so fancy with its waterfall and jets and can see some mountains in the background and is free to use. We used this when it was 76F, outside and it was almost perfect (maybe if it got nearer to 80F+, it would be ideal). The jacuzzi in the rooftop has a great view of the mountains, but as some have said previously, the jacuzzi doesn't get hot enough to be enjoyable and it is an additional cost to use which might not justify the cost to use it plus you need to wear a swimming cap, which you would have to purchase there if you didn't have it. It was 68F when we used it and we thought it was like a hot bath and got chilly from the wind. The hosts were extremely friendly and nice. We were the only guests for a couple of nights and we requested to use the jacuzzi and pool, and they were nothing more than welcoming to clean it for us to use during our stay. That was a big factor when I booked the stay, I wanted to soak among the mountains-view. The gym is the fanciest I've seen in any accommodation (better than a 4 star hotel). You can tell they put a lot of effort into the place to make it into a blissful get-away, plus a meditative corner on the first floor. If you want to visit the Alpujarra high villages, this is a perfect location to stay. We went as far as Trevélez (about one hour) (3 towns in one day). If you're used to the city, you'll think Orgiva is tiny and wonder if you chose the wrong town to stay in, but after visiting all the other towns, Orgiva is indeed the largest and has the most options for food and supermarket that's not Granada.

Really nothing, but I will just give one piece of advice. When they ask you when you're gonna arrive, be accurate and stick to it. Arriving way earlier than your given time might put you in disappointment as that's what happened with us. We arrived a couple hours earlier than our reported check-in time, and it was impossible to get a hold of someone to get the keys to check in and ended up wandering in town for a few hours. In a city, there's usually a set time for check-in and it doesn't matter what time you arrive within that bracket. But since this is a small town and small business, they're only around the time frame you put in. Off-peak season might be a reason for this.

This was a nice one bedroom apartment which was perfect base for my stay in Orgiva as much of my time was out with family/in their houses. It was clean and bright.

A more substantial mattress would have been an added bonus in my opinion... but I have no complaints overall.

We received a warm welcome, right on time and super friendly! The place itself was lovely, very nicely decorated and all details taken care of. The apartment was bigger than expected, very clean and contained anything needed for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the public spaces as well, the swimming pool was refreshing and the terrace upstairs was very enjoyable later in the afternoon/evening when it was less hot. The jacuzzi is a plus, it was very easy to hire in situ and wonderful! Beautiful nearby towns for exploring, places to eat in town and trekking/biking routes to do around the area. Totally recommended and would love to come back in the future.

The beds were a bit soft for our taste, the room was a bit hot but solved with the airco. Nice detail to have a bottle of water for use upon arrival, and could only have been improved if it was cold in the fridge already.

Fabulous spacious room. Spotlessly clean including the floor (very comfortable barefoot). Lovely towels and extremely comfortable mattress on a large bed. Great lighting throughout. Soap in every area. Quiet. Wonderful pool and pool area. Very friendly and professional ladies at check-in and checkout. Street parking was plentiful and felt safe.

WiFi was a little slow.
