The location is excellent, just on the water front. It is at the bottom of a hill and the car needs to be parked at the top, so maybe an issue for someone with mobility problems.

very clean and the location was a small walk away from the restaurants/shops.

The location was superb being right on the seafront and with a comfortable sun soaked deck area. The lovely little beach cafe, The Seapot, was only a short walk away, and Ventnor esplnanade was also in walking distance. The accomodation and facilities were comfortable and Haylie the manager was friendly and helpful.

Accessibility and parking arrangements for wheelchair use was not ideal. The shower was not equiped with a grab rail thus not safe for anyone that was elderly or with mobility difficulties.

Location was great, and to wake up to the sea view every morning was lovely.

This is the first time we have stayed in a villa / holiday home & this experience was exceptional to say at least. From the communication from Haylie, the décor, layout & all the little touches that made it better than a home from home - Sail Away took our breath away! We took our dog with us & it was perfect for us & indeed for him. Spending mornings / evening on the decking area watching the sea was magical & the area is so unspoilt - you could of been anywhere! We would highly recommend this villa to anyone.

The only thing that would of helped, although this is a small thing is a freezer compartment in the fridge - but that is being really picky!
