Breakfast was a delightful surprise. Great atmosphere wonderful selection. Great location walking distance to the beach. Front desk staff very helpful and pleasant.... Thankyou! Will stay here again without hesitation.

I would be great if the pillows where a little firmer. Parking- to somehow have an agreement with the City of Hollywood that parking passes are honored. I parked on the street and it was a huge ding to my pocket book.

I was advised by an employee that they price match. the manager refused to help me when I presented her with a better price as I couldn’t afford the price being presented. Hence the reason why I tried to price match.

A bit complicated with rooms that were first given to us and then located us to a different place and one room was good our 2nd room was not too nice

The staff and location was amazing. I cannot complain about the service what so ever. They were friendly and helpful.

The room was horrible. Water leaked in the bathroom shower from upstairs with a redish tint to it. The room smelled of mold and the door seemed like if someone gave it a push they could get inside my room. The upkeep of the hotel itself is horrible ( not dirty ) it seems as if it has not been upgraded since the 1950s and the only upkeep thats been done is painting.

The Palms, the hostel. Terrible stay!!!Need my money back!!!!Horrible stay. Felt that I spent too much time going back and forth with The Palms, for nothing. What a terrible service, they got going on. And your truly stuck in there hands without a solution to your room problems.

worst I have ever been in! They robbed me of 100.00. Nothing but lies and ignorant staff. Reserved parking spaces was a lie. I plan on putting my trip experience with them on a radio show. CROOKS. Others got the same treatment
