Location!!! The bar staff were very attentive and friendly. The place is cosy. It has the kitchen facility

The musty smell was almost unbearable. The ceiling fan had a thick layer of dust.

Very nice place, staff was excellent.

They upcharged me to use the pool. No where does it say that the pool is only available for certain rooms. When I asked to use the pool they up charged me $50 per day. Also they up charged me $20 per day for parking.

Location and having their own Tiki Bar on property. Full kitchen works well when traveling with family.

Like everything but the resort itself

The resort is nothing like picture online. It was smaller than pictured it was dirty it was old.

We were pleased with how close the beach, restaurants, and amenities were. The kitchen was well supplied. We were pleased to be able to buy a few groceries and use the kitchen to make a few things for ourselves to be comfortable. The beach was clean, secure and well maintained. It was delightful to use the pool. Noise settled down around 11 and that is reasonable. The service man who came to adjust our tv was prompt, polite and resolved our problem. The housekeeping team worked hard and was attentive. We were grateful to check in early. Thank you to the office staff for allowing us to leave our luggage behind the desk and take a stroll until our room was ready and after check out until we left for the airport. We also thank them for printing out our boarding passes. Perhaps the hotel could rent beach chairs or umbrellas, at a more reasonable price, to their guests.

While the a/c did a great job it was rather loud.
