Fantastic location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Special shout our to the young guy who cut down a coconut and opened it for him to drink. Pool is a cracker too.

Shower needed a repair, and the hotel just needs a little freshen up.

Nice hotel next to Dikwella (Pehebiya) Beach, which is arguably the best beach in the South of Sri Lanka. The hotel is complete with a pool, and the service staff is wonderful. Local Sri Lankan breakfasts are enough for two and worth a try, especially if you like aromatic and spicy cuisine.

Check A/C before accepting room, not all units cool properly. The A/C in our room didn't work the first day, but the manager arranged for a repairman, and it was fine after that.

The Hotel was found easily and is situated right next to a fabulous beach. A warm greeting from friendly and professional staff who helped with our bags and gave us a welcome drink. No problems checking in. A good room with clean sheets and towels. Lovely hot water and great water pressure in the bathroom. The AC worked well. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The beds were super comfortable and lots of choice on the TV. Beautiful swimming pool, nice and clean with some sunbeds scattered around. The breakfast was generous and delicious. Checking out was smooth, and the staff helped again with the bags. A few points after reading some reviews - There was no shower curtain, but a drain in the floor(wet room) - so all the splashed water soaked away very quickly. The sheets and towels were not new, but they were clean, fresh, and perfectly usable. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, with very helpful stall. It was worth the money.

There were some marks on the floor of the room, after we informed the staff, this was cleaned very quickly. The bath had no plug, so we improvised.

Location and pool.

Disgusting bathroom. Worn out raggy towels. No sunbed mattresses. Extremely poor food and drink facilities. Generally run down hotel in need of a major overhaul.

Staff were fabulous, very attentive, excellent breakfast served by the pool with a view of the ocean.

Hotel needs some TLC but it didn't take away our enjoyment, the sea view and fabulous service from all the staff made up for it.
