L' accoglienza dell' host e il fatto che siamo riusciti a parcheggiare l'auto proprio di fronte all' ingresso della struttura lasciandola fino al pomeriggio successivo. La struttura, nel complesso, è carina, come descritta e in posizione strategica.

Avremmo apprezzato trovare delle fette biscottate su cui spalmare le marmellate trovate in dispensa. La vasca da bagno, visibilmente arrugginita, è da sostituire.

Everything was just perfect. Very lovely place, comfortable, good location. Very nice host.

The only thing we didn't like it was that when we were taking shower it was impossible not to splash water on the floor.

Beautiful apartment providing everything you could want. Valentina was a great host, communicated well and made it very easy to check in and out, ensuring we had a parking spot outside the apartment when we arrived.

It was clean full of everything you needed and a welcome bottle of wine Host was thoughtful and responded quickly

If there was one thing I would say there needs to be better directions of where to get buses into the centre from as it was not clear

It’s a very nice place, good connection from the train station and around 20 min walk from a city center. There is everything you need in the apartment. Very good communication with a host who approached us proactively giving all instructions and information. Definitely recommend!

Valentina met us out front when we got there. She showed us through the condo then she left us. She answered questions before we arrived and especially while we were there by email. We were there 4 nights and loved every minute of it! The property is in a very nice neighborhood, secured behind a locked gate so we felt very safe! We arrived at the Bologna Centrale train station and the 25 bus dropped us off very close to the property. The 25 bus also took downtown to the Piazza Majore. There a few restaurants nearby and a laundromat not too far away. The pizza place next to the laundromat was awesome! The condo was roomy. While there were only two of us there was a pull out sleeper sofa, The kitchen was great and so was the bathroom. The patio is the perfect place to sit and have a glass of the fine wine Valentina had for us after a day of exploring. We had planned a rental car to tour the countryside but disastrous weather changed that. Using the 25 bus & trains we visited Ferrara & Padua. One could easily get to Imola, Mantua, Verona and even Venice by train. Bologna is a great place to hang out & explore! It is the food capital of Italy which is the food capital of the world! Just imagine how good it is! If you go there google "Secrets of Bologna" As I typed this review my wife texted me and said she wanted to live at Casa Pepe!

Absolutely nothing to improve, although we'd love to have met her dog, Pepe!

All the little extras - croissants, jam, Nutella, toasts, muffins! Back garden to sit out in. Comfortable bed. Excellent host.
