No suelo reservar en este tipo de alojamiento porque me suelen gustar más los hoteles pero ha sido todo un acierto. La comunicación con la propietaria Chiara fue muy buena desde el primer momento. Al llegar la habitación no estaba hecha y se hizo cargo de nuestro equipaje. La habitación muy grande y con mucho espacio para dejar todas nuestras cosas de forma ordenada. Hay un hervidor para hacerte todos los tés que quieras y una pequeña caja fuerte. La cama comodisima. Le pedí dos almohadas extras y ahí estaban a la llegada. Hemos comprobado que en los B&B de la zona hay mucha humedad. No sabemos si es por los techos altos, son casas antiguas. Quisimos poner la calefacción pero el aparato de AC no respondía bien así que vino a encendernos la calefacción y gracias a ello estuvimos genial!! Además en la baño hay un toallero eléctrico. Pusimos ahí las toallas y estaban secas al día siguiente, lo que ha sido imposible en otros B&B de la zona debido a esta humedad. El baño limpísimo, como el de tu propia casa. Y la ducha genial. Salía el agua con mucha presión, lo que es muy agradable después de una larga caminata con su correspondiente sudada. Si estáis pensando conocer Pisa y el Cinque Terre os recomendamos que os quedéis en este B&B y vayáis en tren a Pisa. Está muy bien comunicada La Spezia con Pisa y este alojamiento es el mejor en el que hemos estado en mucho tiempo. Nunca pongo un 10 pero este alojamiento se lo merece. Los alojamientos en Pisa son caros y dejan mucho que desear. Nos arrepentimos de haber dormido en Pisa teniendo este alojamiento tan bueno tan cerca

Manuel was a really great host. Met us at the door and carried our bags up the stairs for us and let us leave them there as we were earlier than our check in time. Also let us leave our bags after checkout while we went to check on our hire car. Room was really nice, quite new and very clean. Very quiet location and gated so very secure. I would definately recommend staying here.

The location was superb. Chiara and Manuel are absolutely the best hosts you can find.

First time to be in La Spazia as a solo traveler. Stayed for one night. I decided to stay in La Spazia as my base to see the Cinque Terre. The hotel is walking distance from the La Spazia Central Station (about 250 meters), easy to locate and very accessible. The host, Manuel was very accommodating and regularly responds to my messages, so the communication was smooth as I was traveling by myself. The room is very clean, spacious and it feels like staying in a home. I love the interior of my room and the design of the bathroom. Before I arrived, I requested Manuel for a flat iron and it was provided during my stay. Manuel provided a well detailed explanation how to explore Cinque Terre and even assisted me to get the park/train ticket online. The hotel is located also near the city centre of La Spazia where you can dine, shop and walk the bayside. I opted for a breakfast and was so cheap (Euro 3). Bag storage is available in case you checkout and you need to leave your bags for few hours.

The stairs and no elevator after hiking 7 hours, but only one floor up.

This guesthouse, within a larger building, is located a couple of minutes walk from the train station - perfect when going out to the Cinque Terre. Although our room looked right out on the train tracks the soundproofing must be very good as we never heard the trains in the night. The bed was comfortable and the shower excellent and the place was immaculately clean. The breakfast (small fee extra) and in particular the coffee was great. We were also able to get some clothes washing done for another small fee, which was very useful. The staff were really pleasant and helpful.

Difficult to find. Google maps did not show the correct location. Hotel should attach clear map / instructions to those sent prior to arriving. No one was present at the "hotel" which has a person for only a few hours. This is not clear in the advert.

Location was close to the train station giving us access to transportation to the Cinque Terre towns.
