Recepcionista e pessoal da limpeza muito mal humoradas

Gostei da organização dos quartos, a localização, beira mar, podemos sair a noite que tem movimento, café da manhã de frente para o mar .

O atendimento de uma de 2 funcionárias, custo benefício caro, cobrou até pelo que a gente n comprou.

Primeiro da antipatia dos recepcionistas, péssimos, com exceção da Fátima que foi bem simpática, p começar o quarto seria até bom , se o banheiro não entupisse a cada banho molhando até mesmo o local da cama, o ralo entupido borbulhava horrores, e quem toma banho depois fica com os pés mergulhados na água suja, a funcionária mais jovem do café da manhã é tão antipática que dava até medo perguntar algo, a outra também não era tão diferente, tem um bar logo acima das suites do 2º andar é um arrastado de cadeiras que ninguém consegue dormir, a cereja do bolo é um estacionamento que fica a mais de 500 mts do hotél, vc deixa o veículo e volta andando por uma rua mal iluminada por um bom tempo, ou seja não valeu a pena em quase nada, excetuando a bela vista do quarto, e só.

Room was clean and comfortable. Nice hot water in the shower. Breakfast was quite good.

Staff were friendly, good breakfast with stunning sea views. Arrived early hours of morning, knocked on doors as was all in darkness and man answered and helped me to my toom. Receptionist waited with me for my uber, she even checked details were correct before letting me get in car. Language barrier not a problem, reception used translation app to answer quesrions

I was there only one night, I have no complaints.

Poor quality bedroom. very tight, duty and bathroom smell sewer which spread bad odor all over bedroom. filthy duty toilet and also the roof too restaurant makes lower levels bedroom to noisy

This is a small hotel (only 24 rooms), and the employees are very friendly. It’s located very near the beach (there’s a small church between the hotel and the beach). The bed was very comfortable, but the room could have been a little cleaner. Also, there’s no elevator, so you need to take the stairs, which is not a really big deal. They also still have keys(!) for the rooms (not key cards). If I had to, I’d stay here again because of the location, but I can’t rave about it.

I really would have liked to give a better review to this hotel, but for a few reasons, I can’t. My wife wanted to take a shower, but there was no shower cap in the room, so we went to the front desk. Here’s the conversation: (my wife) “Do you have a shower cap?” (receptionist) “Oh, wasn’t there one in your room?” (my wife) “No.” (receptionist) “Let me see if I can find one for you.” (receptionist returns) “I’m sorry, we don’t provide shower caps.” Breakfast was a big disappointment as well. They serve from 6AM until 10AM, but when we went to eat at 8, they had no eggs; by the time we left, they still had no eggs.

The hotel is near the beach; Good service in the breakfast.
