Muy básico y de poca calidad.

El servicio muy malo; se les hacía un requerimiento y contestaban hasta en tres ocaciones por el anexo de la habitación que ya irían a resolverlo y no fueron nunca, y tampoco se disculparon que dejarían de hacer lo que solicitamos.

The breakfast was good, as I would expected. Rooms cleaned and comfortable - temperature was nice.

I didn’t get to be picked up from the airport , the hotel sent me a message the same morning saying because it was a Sunday they didn’t have that facility.😳 I needed to ring the reception to get hot water in the morning 😳 they said they forgot to turn it on

The staff. They really try and work hard to take care of you. Thank you to them.

This is a very rundown hotel that has outdated photos in their website and Bookings. They feature the worst breakfast I have encountered in my travels. Not a place to warm up your bread, the juices are tasteless, there are no choices of food. You have to ask the staff to prepare you something and it really did not taste well. The staff is superb but with the little that they have to work with, it reflects bad on them. A warning to anyone who wants to take a shower. In the 4th floor, the hot water is really hot. This is impossible to regulate and you could suffer mayor burns if not careful. Again, the staff is great but the place had it's best days. Management is clearly trying to cut costs at the customer expense and that is unforgivable. They rate themselves as a 4 stars place, it really is a 3 or less in my eyes. I fell sorry for the staff and customers. Fix this place and it may regain its luster, now, avoid it until they do. Also, poor wifi in the upper rooms.
