Unfortunately the rooms have hardly any incoming daylight, and some rooms do not have windows. Breakfast is a bit limited, also wifi is not that good.

Very well located, it offers a good breakfast for Peruvian standards.

Very small and dark room. The bedroom had no windows just a small ventilation sliding glass on the street side. Therefore noisy since early morning. No kettle in the bedrooms...

Excellent staff - rooms were clean and shower pressure was perfect. Very close to main square and landmarks. WiFi was good overall. Breakfast mas more than you can ask at any restaurant, and it came included in the room price. Staff was very kind to let me use their office meeting room for work video conference. Excellent transportation to the airport. Loved the place, would highly recommend.

Clean, great staff, good location.

I had requested an airport pickup during booking but did not receive. however, it was not very far and I had no difficulty reaching the hotel. Also, the comfort and cleanliness made it up. in the end I have no negative points. The hotel did propose an airport drop off at checkout.

Good breakfast and confortable beds, big nice shower, they picked us up from the airport and were very nice.

The room did not have a window, the door handles were too close to the wall and we got our fingers hurt when closing the door and locking the room. The cable TV did not work.

The value, the location, room size, congenial front desk staff & breakfast staff. Good shower with good pressure.

No elevator for carrying luggage. In Room #303, the shower not equipped with handle for an elder or for those with mobility concerns. I had to use my towel on the bathroom floor so as not to slip. Using a towel for this purpose meant that I had no towel to dry myself. Another towel would help greatly.

Location was great. The hotel was in an old colonial building with lots of charm.

The pillows in the beds were to hard.

close to plaza de Arma. excellent wifi and tv/cable reception. can be somewhat noisy (other guests) because of how the rooms aru organized around the patio. staff (reception, cleaning, restaurant) is helpful and fast working (a salute to restaurant staff). price:service compares favorably to other hotels in the city. breakfast is a buffet if there are many guests, and it's a treat. on more quiet days it's more like a proper restaurant experience.

The jacuzzi was amazing. The location was great. Very clean and super quiet.

The pillows were AWFUL! We asked for extra coffee and they never brought it to us. They need more bathrugs for the jacuzzi. It's very slippery. The staff woke us up for breakfast instead of asking us when we would like our breakfast. When you are on vacation 7am is too early to wake up.

Before arrival good communication with property. Good location near to main plaza. Room was clean.

Breakfast not good and not ready at opening time stated. Some of restaurant staff not polite,not the staff running round clearing tables and serving but the ones stood behind the counter apparently too busy with their mobile phones to do anything else. Overpriced for standard of service and food.
