Zum zweiten Mal haben wir uns im Ferienhaus wieder durchgehend wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt total genossen. Die Andriana hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und sich um Unterkunft gekümmert und sich immer sehr nett per WhatsApp gemeldet und nachgefragt ob wir etwas brauchen. Vielen Dank auch für die Möglichkeit die Unterkunft am letzten Tag länger nutzen zu dürfen. Wir haben es sehr geschätzt. Die Unterkunft bittet uns die Ruhe von Alltag. Viele Tavernen in unmittelbarer Nähe, Bäckerei und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Kostenloser Parkplatz in zwei Minuten erreichbar. Durch den Altstadtgebiet wo sich die Unterkunft befinden fahren keine Autos und dadurch ist es immer sehr ruhig. Es ist immer wieder interessant zu sehen wie vorbei laufenden Touristen neugierig und neidisch unser Ferienhaus betrachten. Wir sind sehr glücklich in Koskinou und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

An der Ferienunterkunft gibt es nichts zu kritisieren. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die einzige Verbesserung aus unserer Sicht wäre noch eine elektrische Spülmaschine, die leider in der Unterkunft fehlt und man muss das Geschirr per Hand waschen, aber es ist nicht wirklich schlimm.

Anastasia Koskinou gives You from beginning on an authentical feeling of greek culture. The village of Koskinou is very charming and the people are very kind. The owner of the house gives You a warm welcome and the house has all the comfort you need, is very well furnished and cosy. For us when we returned from our day trip, it felt like coming home. In the night it is very calm so that you can sleep by open window. Nearby there is an excellent traditionnal restaurant Yoannis we can highly recommend. The location is very good situated cause you are at Rhodos old town about 12 min and you can reach all highlights of the island between 40 and 60 minutes. The communication with the owner was excellent and he gives you support whenever you should need it. We can highly recommend this location for anyone who loves authentical experience of local people who were extraordinary kind to us. We are looking forward to come back, not only for landsape, culture, sea and sun but especially for the experience of the great hospitality of the greek people.

Google maps thought we'd fit through the narrow streets of Koskinou's Old Town but luckily some locals were telling us we should take the detour and park at the village's square. We met the owner and his daughter (Anastasia) and they were incredibly welcoming and gave us recommendations for local food and sights. This place would easily fit two couples or a family of 4. We loved the courtyard with the flowers and complete privacy.

Excellent design of the rooms and equipment. There is an opportunity to feel the life of a Greek village from the inside. Cozy patio.

The house is absolutely amazing, you feel straight comfortable. It was also equipped with water, juice and some bread and jam after arrival. The kitchen is fully equipped and with cattle and coffee machine (tea and coffee was there too) It is so beautiful to walk between the small streets and traditional houses. You will find very tasty local restaurants just around the corner. The landlord is very friendly and helpful. He contacted us directly after the booking. We arrived via plane and booked a car. We will definitely come back! Thank you!

It was a amazing how Greek the house looks, and how "home" it felt. You can see how much love was used to make it perfect on every detail. Everything is there, what you need. And on top the owner might be the nicest guy on the island. And his family as well. Thank you for that amazing stay, say hi to everyone in the family... we hope to come again.
