The only inconvenience is as having to drive to Indian Shores to pick up our keys and check in. Other than that, this condo was an absolute dream!! It is as so spacious, the beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. Hope to stay again soon!!

Kitchen was well equipped. Could use better linens and outdoor furniture but overall great. Beach and pool are wonderful. Close to good food. Prop managers were responsive and helpful.

The property was very nice, reflecting photos accurately. Only issue was not getting directions from the property manager regarding how to get keys for the unit. Had to make numerous phone calls to get the information and then drive 30 minutes away to pick them up.

This property is in a great area with a beautiful view, spacious living & sleeping areas, well stocked kitchen, well maintained pool area & easy access to the beach with plenty of beach equipment. Annette was very helpful if we had questions. Close to some very good restaurants (Keegan’s Seafood Grill & TJ’s Italian Cafe both right across the street). We had visitors the each week for the first 2 weeks (2 adults 2 small children) and had ample space for everyone. Would definitely consider this property again☺️.

Only issue is that the Air Conditioning has been out of service for a portion of our stay for the last three years. JC Resort Management has provided excellent customer service in the repair of the AC, although we were without the AC for two weeks this year waiting for parts.The unit could use some upgrades. The patio furniture is dated and some chairs not suitable for adults. The TV is very small in the living room, would appreciate an upgrade to the entertainment area for TV viewing.

We had a great stay! Very clean, great location, great beach! No complaints! Would book again if we come back to the same area.

The location was great it’s within walking distance to great restaurants and it’s on the beach. The balcony was a wonderful place to enjoy the view except for the 2 days we couldn’t use it due to unscheduled maintenance. The management company did give us a small refund for one day when we mentioned it to them when we checked out. Overall we would highly recommend staying here.

The property was great and the stay was overall very good. My main complaint is that it was inconvenient to pick up and drop off keys at the property manager's office. Also we had to buy dish soap and paper towels which normally are provided at most rentals. Having said that I would choose to stay there again. It was a beautiful rental and location

Prefect spot for beach life. Super close to plenty of bars and restaurants. Everything you need in one place.

Everything about the rental is great except the checking in check out process. Have to get and return keys from a place a few miles down the road.

There was plenty of room for us to spread out. Love being able to walk to get ice cream and the pizza place across the street was great. The week there was just what our family needed. The elevator was not working on the day we got there but after one call someone came to fix it and no more problems. Can't wait to go back next week to room 307.

beds are very hard and uncomfortable

We had 8 people- 2 families- and had plenty of room! Unit was clean and spacious. The only drawback was the water pressure in the smaller bathroom was very low, better in the master, but still on the low side. We would definitely recommend the unit to anyone!

Everything in the condo was perfect for our family of 6 - 2 teenagers and 2 littles plus us. There was plenty of space and everything was nice and clean. All of the necessities were present as well as some fun extras we weren't expecting but were so happy to have - beach towels and chairs, canopy, toys, etc. The front desk staff were SO nice and accommodating at check in and check out and even when we had some things that needed to be remedied they were on it immediately. And you can't beat the location - you walk out onto sand. There were plenty of nearby restaurants and bars that could accommodate family activities as well as adult time. We would definitely stay here again anytime.

Our stay at Hamilton house #307 was fabulous. We had everything that we needed for our stay. My wife and I and my sister & brother in-law all agreed that we would love to live there! I would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in paradise!

This is a lovely home, however, Our biggest issue was the very hard beds. Not 1 of us slept very well for the 2 weeks we were there. Lots of backaches! Also, the elevator was continually breaking down. Not great as I was traveling with my 82 year old father who has trouble walking) and 1 day the water was turned off ( not a big deal for us - just inconvenient. Also, the pool is quite small, so it was packed whenever we tried to go. Therefore we never got a pool day. This was an expensive unit with the least amount of amenities. Probably will not return

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the condo itself was very spacious. Beach toys were handy for our young children. Beds were comfortable. Location to restaurants and markets were ideal. We would love to visit again.

Overall a nice place to stay. Plenty of room in the condo for 6 adults and 2 children. Pool was nice and also the beach was great. A lot of street and restaurant noise. Condo could use an upgrade . It would of been nice to have the property manager meet us at the condo with the keys and info instead of having to go an extra 4 miles right pick up the keys.
