The owner is a very nice person and she is helpful and patient.

You must pay for the AC if you want to use it 2000, but she told us before.
Water and electricity should be included with the price.

The apartment was clean. Air conditioning working good. The communication with the host was also good.
It's perfect if you have small children because it has a small baby beach.
The room is a bit small for how much it costs.
The shower is small and the drain doesn't work properly.

aircon is weak, set it to 16 degrees and barely cooled down the room, shower curtain should be replaced with a plastic door because it stucks to everything…, there is no air circulation in the shower so the humidity is unerable, kitchen also could use some air circulator, cutlery wasn’t cleaned properly and the sponges were really used

Great location. great view from the window and balcony. Basically quite a small apartment, but there was everything You might need. Very clean. Very prompt check-in. Private parking. Check it - it's worth it, You won't regret it.

The view of the apartment is beautiful. It is modern and has everything you need to feel comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and great to sleep in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The host is very nice and helpful. Check in and check out went very smoothly. I would recommend this place for a short get away.
The room was smaller than on the pictures, but if you are only spending a couple days it's not a problem. The host is very strict about their arrival policy, it's not really accepted to arrive later than 8 clock. Driving down from Budapest to Balaton on a Friday afternoon (after 6 clock) it is not easy to calculate when you will be arrive. Sometimes the traffic is so bad that it takes 3 hours instead of 1. I wish they had some flexibility regarding this. The wifi single is very weak. My phone was not able to connect to it properly.

Very close to lake, private parking and garden, lake view from balcony. Near is simple self service restaurant with good selection of foods. Small grocery and ATM in walking distance. Beach is for free, possible to rent water bicycles. Nice people around. Dog friendly apartment house.
Air condition is for extra fee (5 eur per day), weak wifi and tv signal (not always available). Payment is required in cash immediately upon arrival.
