The staff was really nice and welcoming, and the atmosphere at the hotel was great and friendly. The variety of continental breakfast was more than I expected and good. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms were outstanding. I would definitely stay there again.
The only negative I have about the hotel is the lack of extra seating in my room, it only had one desk with one chair, an extra chair would have been nice, maybe even a fold up chair would have good.

Very clean, beds are comfy they offer games downstairs. Breakfast was delicious staff was amazing
Nothing to complain about. Yes there is interstate noise but that is normal with any hotel.

Not much good to say. Have stayed at a different location multiple times and was quite happy. Expected a similar experience and was very disappointed.
Noise level was off the charts. People coming and going at all hours of the night. Not concerned about being quiet and respectful. Loud conversations in the hall. Opening and closing doors very loudly. Excessive noise from adjoining room. Room was not clean.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and neat. Bed was very comfortable.
Just a few things…the shower door wouldn’t close completely but reported it to front desk
Room was on the freeway side which is a bit noisy but turned on the air conditioning fan which helped
They could have a little better options for breakfast but we made do with what was there

Tru is convenient for getting off the road to sleep. Clean, affordable and decent breakfast. The front desk lady was so incredibly friendly and helpful and even was the one to bring us more towels.
The rooms are pretty small, but not really a big deal as we usually seek out Tru's when traveling and we just need to stop and sleep.

Location was ok. Near most stores.
The Rose Music center took all the parking spots at the hotel illegally. I had to beg the hotel front desk for a parking space for nr Corvette near the front entrance. I arrived after a dinner at about 8:30 PM. The hotel rep said that they are "working" on a solution which means they aren't.
There is no room cleaning and towel change unless you beg.

The room was spacious and clean. The location was great for someone wanting to stay close to the airport. Lots of food opinions around the hotel. 24 hour gym.

Breakfast ok. Decent, nothing to write home about. The lounge area was great. Plenty of seating and the room and common areas were clean.
Walls are paper thin. 11:30pm could hear the T.V. Next door. Turned on a white noise app to drown it out. 6am woke up to screaming music next door that continued until we went to breakfast at 9am.
