location cleanliness
only tiny thing needs to be more tiolet paper and if there were cling wrap n al foil would b great
and a bench spray to clean too other wise perfect

Location was excellent, lovely view and great spot to watch sunrise and sunset, close to the beach, shops/restaurants and easy access to other areas of Port Stephens. Super comfy king size bed, great shower
Cleaning good have been a little better. It was obvious the balcony hadn't been swept in quite a while, cobwebs on balcony railing and one side of the 2 seater chair had two cracked slats.

The location is great. There are a number of cafes and restaurants close to the apartment. Waling distance to shoal bay beach. Wonderful view from the balcony.

Beautiful location, close to everything, unit was well equipped
Cleanliness, lots if sand all through the lounge, hairs all over the bathroom floor, lost of cobwebs on the balcony. Not enough sheets supplied for the amount of bedding booked for. No batteries in remote control

Great location.
The apartment had not been cleaned. There was urine and faeces on both toilets. The sinks in the bathroom were covered in tooth paste and other debris. Showers had not been cleaned.
Kitchen had not been cleaned with food all over kitchen bench and floor.
Floors covered in sand. Could not even be confident that the bed sheets had been changed.

The view was fantastic
On picking up the keys from the real estate there was no information about the property or destination however was a brochure in the unit. The unit needs a sprung clean as the windows, tracks and balcony were dirty.

Needed more than 3 wine glasses .
Was missing the brush from the dust pan .

Out door double seat is broken and dangerous. Not realising I sat on it and ended on the concrete patio and yes it hurt. Someone older may have hurt themselves badly and in our litigious society may have sued
Also garage opener should be explained

The location was great. Such a short stroll to the Country Club and beach. The view from the room was amazing.

Beautiful view, clean, 2 bathrooms a plus.
The lounge is small & uncomfortable. If staying more than 2 nights would recommend a bbq.

In the whole apartment there was only one window, which was in the main bedroom and the only other natural light was the sliding doors into the lounge from the balcony.
