Ce condo 1 lit / 1 salle de bain récemment mis à jour se trouve sur les 19 mm du lac des Ozarks. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size avec une télévision connectée de 55 pouces. Le salon a un canapé-lit queen avec une télévision connectée de 55 pouces. Condo a une cuisine entièrement équipée. Contient toutes les serviettes et les draps dont vous aurez besoin pendant votre séjour. Complet avec laveuse / sécheuse. La zone de pont ouvert contient une table et des chaises de patio avec un gril à gaz. Ce condo a toutes les commodités de la maison et un emplacement à quelques minutes du plaisir en famille!

Property was clean. Perfect for get away weekend. Was hoping to sit on deck see boats on lake, instead trees were in our view. There was an elevator, but we had 6 steps to go up to get to our floor. Make no one in wheel chair or with Walker rents the place.

This property is like an old friend cuz the minute you walk in, you feel at home. We had no issues and everything is as described. Our only disappointment was that the grill on the balcony had been removed, but grills had been outlawed throughout the complex. We look forward to returning there in the fall.

If you are not a fan of steps though this is not where you want to be. Even with an elevator you still had steps to climb whether it was going to your condo or to the pool. I prefer a lower floor. The view off the balcony was not great, too many trees in the way.
This location was however within minutes of several local businesses which we enjoyed.

We stayed here during the LOTO Shootout weekend. It worked perfectly for what we needed. The unit itself was nice and cool when we walked in on a hot summers day! It was clean and had all the basics covered (ie: toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags, etc.), which makes a big difference. The furniture was updated and nice and most importantly.. comfortable! Access to a dock. It did have a few flights of stairs but didn't find it taxing. Parking was easy. Overall A+++ and I'd rent again if in the area.

This condo was very clean, recently remodeled, and we loved the view of the water from the balcony.
Easy access to the boat dock. Communication with Kevin was extremely easy and he got back to me in a timely manner. When we come back to the Ozarks with will most definitely stay here again.

It was very clean quiet i just wish the elevator would've went all the way to the 4th floor which is where we stayed. I have bad knees and climbing stairs is not easy for me.

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our weekend of shopping, hiking and eating out around the Osage Beach area. Everyone we encountered was friendly and talkative. : ) We hope to visit again in the future.

It was a great stay. Not the best view, as in the Grand Glaze Bridge is most of your view l. Also didn't like that back deck area has no privacy. We were on the top floor and could see into the condo under us and next to us. If you are staying to be out on the lake it's great. Super clean.

This condo was perfect for our mini vacation at the Lake. Check-in process was seamless and the condo was very nicely updated and clean. It has all the amenities you could want. Condo complex is a smaller complex, which I liked. The pool was in a great location. We will definitely come back!

We found condo itself to be very clean while the deck was dirty and has been ignored. No view due to tree line which was disappointing. We slept well on comfortable king bed and ease of having a door code is super helpful! Great complex and lots of steps between condo and pool. Got a workout. Appreciate use of condo.

This was our first VRBO rental, but it won't be our last. The condo was as described and pictured, but we didn't realize how relaxing the balcony would be sipping a glass of wine. We loved the location and cannot wait to rent from Kevin again.

Everything was good. The place was clean and had recently been updated inside. The property outside was well maintained. The property owner answered any questions within minutes when we emailed him prior to our date. Hopefully this property will be available in the future.

Beautiful lake condo
This condo is easy to find and located close to many restaurants & stores. The condo was clean and spacious! Only complaint was the large tree that blocked the view of the lake from the porch but still a wonderful unit. The pool offers great views! We would definitely stay here again.
