Katherine’s place is a clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished, well-stocked home. The deck was a wonderful place to relax and read, and to enjoy our meals. All the beds were comfortable and the linens lovely. The neighborhood is quiet and on Great Pond and there is a community pool and tennis courts available for a separate fee. Beaches, ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and many restaurants and cafes were all a short drive or bike ride away. Our family had a great week in beautiful Falmouth.

We had a great week in East Falmouth with our grandkids. We loved the house and the pool down the street. We also loved walking along the shore watching the loons.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The decor of the home and large windows created a calming and peaceful environment. The house had all my favorite things: Mrs. Meyers soaps, all clad pots and pan, outdoor patio, and comfortable beds. Katherine was quick to respond and very gracious. This is a beautifully decorated home in a great neighborhood. I walked everyday with views of the water and felt very safe. I can't say enough good things. I highly recommend.

Stayed here with a family of 4. Two teens. July 2019. More than enough room. The house was "Extremely Clean" which is always a bonus. You can walk down to the salt pond from the house. Beaches are 5 to 20 minutes away, depending on the beach. This is an old cape house that has been gutted and redone. Beautiful kitchen, cool mid-century modern furniture. Everything worked. Owners were great too, answered my questions quickly as needed. Don't hesitate on this house, probably one of the nicest houses we have rented on the cape in this price range.

We rented Katherine's property for a week in July. This is a great home with 4 good-sized bedrooms, including a great master bedroom. The home is updated with a very nice minimalist decor. Phenomenal kitchen. We did not use the bikes and beach accessories, but they were available. The community is really nice with a great pool and tennis courts. We would absolutely stay here again and intend to do so next year.
