Sea-Breaze - An Oasis For The Whole Family
Une maison de plage moderne avec vue imprenable sur la baie, vers la Marina et avec les collines d'Adélaïde formant une magnifique toile de fond. Situé à seulement 2 heures de Adelaide.
Une maison de deux étages avec beaucoup d'espace de vie à la fois et les niveaux du rez de chaussée. Air / cond dans la cuisine principale / salle à manger et salon à l'étage en bas. Profitez de la vie en plein air avec des balcons et terrasses et barbecue disponible pour les clients à utiliser. Grande chambre principale à l'étage supérieur est très spacieuse avec 1 lit double et salle de bains privée avec cuisine attenante / coin repas deux chambres accèdent au balcon surplombant la baie et au-delà.
Rez de chaussée dispose de 3 chambres: 1 lit queen, 1 double, 2 lits simples et un canapé convertible dans le salon si nécessaire, salon avec TV, salle de bains et buanderie moderne avec machine à laver et sèche-linge. Une des chambres doubles bas offre également une vue pittoresque sur la mer.
Location de vacances idéale pour toute la famille pour se détendre en bord de mer ou week-end romantique sortir. Profitez de la détente et au calme, regarder la vue sur la mer depuis le canapé ou emmener les enfants vers le bas pour profiter des belles eaux bleues de la baie.

Excellent location, with only a short downhill to the beach front. Wonderful sea views , rabbits running around in vacant block at back. Pleasant way of spending the evenings with a drink in hand and good company. Excellent modern facility, this was our second stay in our house in a year and we will be returning in the future. The host was very flexible with checkout time. Recommend this place at anytime of the year.

Holidaying and fishing on Yorke Peninsula
Modern property, personal space, roomy living. Beds /mattresses need updating. I found the beds on ground floor where we stayed were very hard and uncomfortable. I had to fold two thick quilts from other rooms to put onto my mattress to sleep. Then it was just acceptable. Mattress topper would be a simle fix. We found the lighting in the main living area was not adequate. Some globes did not work and there just was not enough light - we wanted to work on a jigsaw after tea but it was too dark. It was suitable for watching tv but if you wanted to play games or read it was not suitable. Also the barbecue needs a good clean. We had to clean it before we used it but it needs a very good overall clean with very hot water and detergent. It would have been a good idea if there was a fish cleaning area with water and a table.
We had a good stay here but unless the beds are fixed I would not choose this property again.

Great home with lovely views.
Really well set up house with large deck overlooking the town, the ocean and the marina.
The living area upstairs is great for everyone to socialise and the bedrooms are quiet even when people are up and about.

Top vacation
Excellent accommodation, top floor: superb open space kitchen/dine/lounge area with wonderful views. Our wives spent evenings sitting on the top balcony enjoying the gulf views and the rabbits in the vacant block. Modern facility and owner prepared to give us early access and late vacating of facility. Will book this house next year. Fantastic 3 days!!!! Stan and the over 60 group!!!!!

We had a lovely time at Sea Breeze. It was clean and comfortable, with lots of room. The deck offered lovely views over the water, which meant we could watch the sailing. Amanda was lovely in her messages to us and generous with check in and check out times. Highly recommended.

Highly recomended. Cosy, clean, warm welcome
We stayed over for the weekend with my family. We arrived late and It was very thoughful and wonderful to be welcomed to a warm cosy and clean home on a cold winters night. The house was well equiped and furnished with all facilities, especially the kitchen. Amazing beach view every morning. Was a real treat for us. Communication with Amanda was quick and easily reachable. Thank u Amanda for the great hospitality that you have given us in your home. Would definatly be back and highly recomend this place.

We had the best time as a family, beautiful spot & amazing house, loved the board games for the kids & everything we needed for our baby at our fingertips . We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and looking at the views - we will definitely be back .

Great for the whole family!
The views from the balcony are perfect and the home itself was lovely to stay in. Our 5 year old and 3 year old loved the beach- it’s perfect for kids with no waves to bowl them over. The 4 of us stayed here with the kid’s Nanna and Poppa and there was plenty of room for us all! Would definitely stay here again :)

We had a wonderful weekend here. The house was clean, modern and a fantastic layout especially for 2 families. Fabulous views out over the ocean and within walking distance to the beach and Main Street. Great communication from the owners and we look forward to staying again one day.
