Heerlijke ruime kamer op de begane grond en mooi sanitair. WiFi en TV was goed. Ontbijt ook erg goed. Leuk hotel aan de haven.

De zijingang had een trap welke niet veilig was met een armleuning. Dit was oppassen. Eerste dag was de douche erg koud. Na onze “klacht” was dat de volgende dag verholpen.

Location, parking and breakfast

Cart lock to outside door was not working. The air in the room was stale and it takes long time to refresh. Internet conection was not accesible.

Nice area located in the center, hotel was new, beds comfortable. Good breakfast.

Remote light, LEDs, air conditioning did not work correctly. A lot of noise in the house after midnight. In the night all of a sudden, the lights went on. We upgraded the room upfront, but still got the previous room.

Perfect spot for our 3 night stay. Helpful friendly staff.

Very good location in the center of Stintino. The view from the window was beautiful on the moored yachts. The restaurants and shops within foot go. The breakfast was amazing and very tasty.

The only downside was that the fridge in the room didn't work.

This place was a total disappointment. First at check-in, we were greeted by an agitated, overworked staff member who could hardly speak any English. Then we walked in the streets of Stintino to a building where our room was. The unpleasant mold smell was present in the hallway. The room looked absolutely nothing like the one of a “boutique hotel”. Plastic chairs, one door-less cupboard and overall very plain room. Water leak marks were present on the ceiling and on one of the walls. We were initially given one keycard. We needed another one for my wife to be able to enter separately. I found the person in the main building who checked us in, made this simple request and she asked me to follow her to the building where the room was. She walked up to the room door and opened it. Then I realized that she thought that I left my keycard in the room and could not get in. This is an example of how poor her English was. With the help of sign language, I managed to clarify my real request and the response was that they did not have any keycards because the hotel was full. My second request was to have a kettle in the room, again explained in sign language and the response was again negative in a rather unprofessional and agitated way. Thankfully we had booked only one night in this deceptive and poor quality place and we figuratively ran away from it first thing in the morning and had our breakfast elsewhere. Booking.com should delist this place which treats their customers like nuisance and I would like full refund.

Hotel looks very nice and newly renovated. Besides the main building there are some rooms one street further, this is where we stayed. The rooms were clean, big and our room had a nice rooftop terras (which was accessible via a very narrow stairs). The host was very supportive and helpful. Located close to many restaurants and cafe's

- Basic breakfast, in return you could sit outside with a nice view on the harbour and it's boats - Depending on time of arrival it could be difficult to find a parking spot - We overlooked that at summer time you need to make a reservation to visit La Pelosa beach, which was not possible at short notice
