Cette charmante maison immaculée a une conception à aire ouverte mise à jour, avec des plafonds voûtés, des poutres et des ventilateurs de plafond. Le salon entièrement meublé avec télévision à écran plat fait partie de la cuisine qui comprend un four micro-ondes, un grille-pain, une cafetière, un mixeur, un homard, une poubelle et un lave-vaisselle. Cette maison dispose d'une laveuse / sécheuse, ainsi que d'une douche extérieure pour se rincer après une journée amusante à la plage! La maison a un barbecue à gaz, des repas à l'extérieur et des meubles de patio - le tout dans une belle cour privée ensoleillée pour une pure détente.
Il a une suite parentale avec 3/4 salle de bain. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et la troisième a un lit complet, avec un lit gigogne double. Il y a une salle de bain supplémentaire pour les invités. Les draps et serviettes ne sont pas inclus.
Notre maison est à 5 minutes à pied de la plage de Long Sands. Il se trouve à courte distance en voiture de Ogunquit et Kennebunkport. Les fabuleux magasins des magasins d'usine de Kittery sont à seulement 10 minutes en voiture. 15 minutes du mont. Agamenticus surplombant York.

We had a wonderful stay! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The deck and backyard were quiet and perfect for family dinners and a place for the kids to play. The location was great-
an easy walk to long sands and to the center. It is the last house on a dead end street so the street was really quiet and made it feel like you were in your own retreat, but still walking distance to everything. We can’t wait to stay again!

This house is seriously in the perfect spot just a short walk from both short and long sands beach. On a dead end of a private neighborhood it's super quiet for somewhere so close to beach.
Tammy has thought of everything and the place is fully stocked with everything you will need from your stay outside of the towels and sheets which she reminds you to bring.
It was a little damp and musty - I'm sure from all the rain we've had this season so just be aware if you suffer from allergies like us.

This place is the hidden gem - shhh, don't tell anyone so we can stay each year! :) Our friends have a small, campy place right on the SS, and they were envious of this house. My family and I loved everything about Tammy's property - decor, amenities, location, and so much more. Her communication with us before and during the stay was superb. I cannot wait to go back in less than 50 weeks! Thank you, Tammy, for making your home available to us, as if it were our own.

This house is beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable, outside shower with hot water is a big plus after the beach. Tammy efficiently labeled switches, left detailed notes which was a big help. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen.

Great week in York. The house was just as described and very clean. Great location to beaches and downtown. Nice yard and outdoor space for adults and kids. Easy, accessible communication and would definitely stay again!

This rental home is a true gem! The property is as great as it looks in the pictures, so warm and inviting. My wife and I and three children felt comfortable as soon as we arrived with all the comforts of home. The lot is located at the end of a dead-end road with tons of privacy. On our second to last night, we were treated to two deer grazing in the yard at dusk. The location is perfect with easy walks to both Long Sands and downtown/Short Sands. Tammy provided us with tons of information prior to our arrival and even checked-in with us a couple of days into our vacation to ensure we had everything we needed. If you are planning to vacation in York Beach and this place is available, submit your application without delay!

Peaceful retreat close to Beach
Our two week stay was everything we had hoped for. A quiet retreat, but close to all the fun of Beautiful beaches and a quaint town. The property was pristine and just as pictured. We loved the outdoor and barbecue area and used it daily. Tammys home has everything you could wish for for cooking, cleanup and entertainment. Communication was excellent. We could not have asked for a better place to enjoy our vacation. we look forward to returning!

Tammy was easy to communicate with. Love the yard privacy, deck, and outdoor shower! The home is updated, and clean. Kitchen has everything you possibly need! The beds were comfortable also. Made our vacation so enjoyable! Hope to stay again soon!

This house was perfect for my family and friends over the 4th holiday week. Tammy was very informative and very easy to work with in booking and using what she has at the house for entertaining. Everyone's favorite were the swivel recliners in the house. These are the best chairs ever and she has a bird feeder so watching birds from these chairs was great. We used the Grill every night and ran out out propane. Tammy advised that there was a back up in shed which was perfect for many more nights of grilling. We used the fire pit almost every night and played games in the big side yard. Location, location, location!... We used Tammys' buggy and turned right out of the dirt road to head down to the beach every day. It was such a short and pretty cool walk to the beach and actually saw some deer one night on the return. If you turn left out of the street then you are right in downtown York.. We enjoyed great food and drinks around town and the Taffy making place is a hit. We plan on staying again and cant wait to go back to this little oasis in York. Only thing to watch out for is the tides. Luck there is a tide clock inside on the mantle that would let us know how to plan our day. Thank you for letting us enjoy all facets of the house.

Gorgeous Location
Tammy was so easy to work with and the house was just as advertised. We enjoyed waking to both beaches and using the beach chairs and beach cart at the house. My kids loved playing in the big yard and making s’mores at night by the fire pit. Amazing rental and would absolutely stay here again.

Very walkable
We just returned from a fantastic trip to York Beach. This property is just perfect. Practically new and clean as a whistle. Nicely appointed with everything you need for a fun beach vacation. Walkable to both Short Sands and Long Sands. Enough room for my husband and I plus our two adult children. Everyone had their own room and the kids shared a bathroom while hubby and I had our own. The outdoor shower was so nice!!! Great deck and yard with games provided. There's also a couple of bikes you can use. We'd drive all our stuff to the beach then one person would take the car home and ride the bike back in a quick two minute ride. No need to pay or worry about parking at the beach. Plus, it was fun to be able to walk to the bars and restaurants at night. We all agreed the beds are the most comfortable we've experienced! All this in a location I never even knew existed. Quiet and peaceful -- a perfect refuge. I can't say enough good things about this rental. Thanks to the owner for being so helpful and responsive. We'll be back!!

A great family friendly 3 bedroom home on a quiet dead end street. Short walk to beach and town. Well equipped for family meals. Updated kitchen/ great room with good connection Wifi. Love the outside shower plus 2 baths. Our second time renting, new owner this trip. Clean and well maintained. Love York Beach. Life slows down in Maine. Nearby zoo/amusement park fun for kids. Great shopping in Kitttery.

Best of all Worlds - A Wonderful York Home and Experience
A wonderful home ..... location is amazingly located 2 minute drive from either downtown and/or beach... yet set back in a quiet private area. The best of all worlds! Tammy has beautifully decorated the home - classy but also comfortable with welcoming beach/shore themed decor. Kitchen has all the amenities needed - and more! - to relax for anything from a cup of coffee to a full meal. The kitchen area is well integrated into the open space area combined with dining and living/family space. Bedrooms comfortable and restful. The two baths a great plus.
Makes you feel like you’re at a special location for your stay - because you are !

Great lot, great house and well kept
We thought about giving this house a terrible review to prevent other families from booking the week we want next year! The fact is the place is a gem. I've been going to York Beach for over 20 years and this was by far our favorite place. Close walk to both long sands and the downtown restaurants. We will be back!

This home is the hidden treasure of York Beach. We have been vacationing and renting homes in this area every year for 30 years. This beach house stands above the rest. It offers close accessibility to all Short Sands has to offer - the beach, restaurants, shops, amusement park, arcade, and more. It also offers the peace and privacy that is typically found far from the hustle and bustle of a beach town. You’re close to everything with the feel of being tucked away in the woods. The house itself is gorgeous. It has an open floor plan with beautifully updated bathrooms and kitchen, gorgeous floors and ceilings, sizable bedrooms, and a master bath and walk in closet. It is wonderfully decorated, clean, and spacious. The shaded yard, ample windows, and ceiling fans kept the whole house comfortable all day. It has the charm of a cottage and the amenities of your house. And plenty of parking! We loved every aspect this property will be returning next year!
