minden egy helyen van, kis gyerekkel nagyon praktikus, hogy minden könnyen elérhető a Reszorton belül(játszóház, étterem), de sok más lehetőség van a közelben (fogaskerekű, szánkópálya, éttermek, kávézók, boltok).

Asi sa budem opakovať, ale vždy je to pre mňa super. Apartmán čistý, voňavý, personál na 1* a recepčné milé, usmiate. 😊

Lokalila

Pomer cena kvalita, izba nezodpovedala cene, kedze za tu istu cenu je mozne mat v hlavnej budove modernejsiu izbu.

Páčila sa mi lokalita, priestranná čistá izba, pohodlná posteľ, dobré vybavenie apartmánu a celého komplexu, služby v blízkosti komplexu.

Orientácia apartmánu smerom na Grandhotel Starý Smokovec (časť D), z ktorého sme boli rušení aj pri zatvorených oknách nepretržitým, monotónnym a neprimeraným hlukom od 5.00 hod do 22.00 hod počas celého pobytu, šíriacim sa zrejme z kuchyne grandhotela (hluk ventilácie, vzduchotechniky alebo nejakého chladiaceho zariadenia). Balkón bol tak pre nás nevyužiteľný a vetranie (pri teplote v izbe 25°C napriek septembrovému termínu) spojené s obťažujúcim hlukom.

raňajky boli dobré a okolie nádherné

boli sme spokojné, nemáme žiadne poznámky. snáď jediné čo bolo, nevedeli sme sa napojiť na wifi. nejako nefungovalo spojenie.

Nagyszerű hotel, finom reggelivel, közel a szánkópálya, gyerekeknek jégpálya.

Minden igényt kielégítő szállás, nagy apartman tökéletes felszereltséggel ,tisztaság, kényelmes ágy. Szuper éttermek, kávézók .2024-ben is ide megyünk, csak ajánlani tudom, jó választás!

Very nice apartment, excellent location close to Hrebienok, shops and restaurants. We rented a skitouring set at Intersport next door and tried skitouring for the very first time, Hrebienok was perfect for beginners.

Breakfast starts at 7:30, in reality 7:35-7:40 which makes it a bit hard to catch the first lift at the nearby slopes

Price/Quality ratio was perfect, parking place for the accomodation was included in price.

We have booked a room with balcony and view of the Tatra mountains - unfortunatelly our view was for the oposite building, with an only small view on Tatras. Nevertheless, I am giving a full scoring as this wasnt any big issue.

Sehr gutes Frühstück , Zimmer groß und modern eingerichtet , Garage vorhanden. Sehr viele Restaurants im Resort bzw. in der Umgebung. Tolle Lage mitten im High Tatra Gebiet.

Pool kostet extra. Es gibt einen täglichen Room Service , hat bei uns aber nicht wirklich geklappt. Wir hatten am Balkon keine Stühle und keinen Tisch. Wir hab das 2x an der Rezeption gesagt , passiert ist nichts. Denke mal es lag daran , dass wir "nur" Österreicher waren.

Všade čisto ,konečne dobrá sprcha nemusíš čakať na teplú vodu 5 minút,ústretový personál 🙂

Nám osobne chýbala mikrovlnka ale nebol to až taký problém ..ohriali sme si na sporáku

Veľký apartmán, skvelá lokalita.

Wellness by aspoň čiastočne mohlo byť v cene pobytu a vzhľadom na veľkosť rezortu by bolo vhodné mať k dispozícii viac ako tri sauny.

Ja naozaj nemôžem povedať jedno krivé slovo, toto je pre mňa jedno super ubytko. Ticho, kľud, čisto, no proste TOP! Veľmi milé recepčné, ktoré sa snažia vyjsť v ústrety. Ja som spoko a veľmi rada sa sem vraciam. Jediné čo chýba k dokonalosti tomuto apartmánu, je práčka so sušičkou 😉

Krasny, cisty a velmi priestranny apartman. Velmi dobra lokalita, idealna ako vychodiskovy bod na turistiku. Vyborne ranajky aj vecere.

Wellness velmi male, necitila som sa v nom prijemne kvoli mnozstvu ludi v tak malom priestore.

V priebehu nášho pobytu nám nikto nevymenil uteráky, aj keď boli na zemi. Toto považujem za veĺký problém, najmä keď sme sa vrátili večer po túre na izbu a potrebovali sme sa rýchlo umyť. Pri platení a odchode z hotela som sa pýtal recepčnej, či je to normálne, povedala mi, že nie, ale žiadneho ospravedlnenia som sa nedočkal. Cestujem veľmi často, ale v zariadení v cenovej hladine nad 150€ za noc, som sa s niečím podobným nestretol.

Group accommodation, through booking, mixed up individual families and rooms so that it was impossible to calculate the final amount for accommodation. I tried contacting the reception before check-in, but they rejected me. In the end, the hotel charged us various fees and the resulting amount was more than we expected. I think that there are better places to spend your vacation in Stari Smokovec.

Breakfast was very good. Our room was upgraded so I can't comment about basic rooms (their are in a different building). Very clean and spa zone is not bad at all.

The hotel is new, very nice, clean, the room was spacious, nicely furnished, great views from balcony, I really recommend to everyone.

The location was excellent, the apartments were very nice, we loved the terrace. Also the pool and the wellness center was very nice. Would definitely recommend and would come back.

We wanted to use the sound system in the flat but we did not know how to and there were not instructions and when we called to reception, they also did not know and could not help us. What is the point of having a nice sound system if we cannot use it and no one can help us? Also, we had a problem with the air conditioner, it started leaking, and when we called reception they told us there wasn't any AC, when clearly there was, and they kept insisting, which was very annoying. At the end they called 10 minutes later saying that there was AC but that no one could fix it then and we had to wait until the next morning, Also, the kitchen was not very well equipped, they didn't have scissors, a proper knife, and also trays for food to put in the oven. We did not stay for many days so it was not much of a problem, but if we would have stayed for 1 week, it would have been uncomfortable

The location was awesome, next to the cabletrain to Hrebienok hiking area. Lots of shops, restaurants, and kids' playgrounds were around. The parking lot was included. We had a huge terrace where we had breakfast, and we did yoga there.

The gym, pool, and spa were not included in the price of the apartment. It was available for an extra fee.

There were issues with reservations - no rooms available as booked via Booking. Breakfast in Soul restaurant was very poor in terms of selection, quality and service.
