Magnifique grand condo avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains devant les villas de Sunset Beach à Seacrest. À une courte promenade ou à vélo du centre-ville, niché entre les plages de Alys et Rosemary, où vous pourrez faire du shopping, manger, vous divertir et bien plus encore. Cette unité de condo est dans la prestigieuse communauté privée fermée de Sunset Beach. Une fois l'accès contrôlé, vous saurez que vous êtes arrivé dans un endroit spécial. La rue pavée de briques bordée de palmiers vous mènera à la plage de sable blanc et à la piscine en bord de mer surplombant la côte émeraude. Cette unité frontale du golfe est située dans le bâtiment C au rez-de-chaussée et offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Cette unité est à quelques pas de la piscine communautaire privée (chauffée d'octobre à mars) et de l'accès à la plage du magnifique sable blanc.

La cuisine bien aménagée a des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable. et un grand garde-manger. La salle à manger a une table pour 8 personnes et il y a aussi des sièges supplémentaires sur l'îlot de cuisine. This condo is located in a lovely gated community. It was very spacious, clean and well-appointed. The beach does get pretty crowded since it serves a rather large complex. Only umbrellas allowed; no tents. However, with so many large private homes directly next to this complex, the beach there is empty, which was fabulous.

This condo was perfect for our group that consisted of 3 families, including one with an infant, and one with an expectant mother plus toddler. Ground floor with a view can be hard to find, but this home offered both of those. We enjoyed sitting out on the back patio in the mornings and evenings. We were able to easily access the boardwalk from our back door. The kitchen was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. There were ample towels provided in the bathrooms.
We had a small issue with the back door but the property manager responded immediately to my text messages and had maintenance there by later in the day.
Really the property manager's response to all my text messages were always prompt and polite.
You do have to wear silicone bracelets to access the beach. And use a key fob to get into the gates of the neighborhood.
We booked our chair and umbrella rentals easily online, which I highly recommend doing. The only downside was how crowded the beach was, but we did go during peak season so that's on us.
I'd recommend this home and would return for a future visit!

The view of the beach directly from the condo is amazing. The layout is spacious and the larger bedrooms were not connected to a neighboring wall so no noise! The beach access is front of you, making incredibly easy with a 1 year old. We had a great time.

For being a beach house their where no beach items which is only. Also, the house a the bare minimum items for a family of 8. Also the dryer ruined a couple of our clothes since we had to use the washer and dryer everyday.
Other then that was a beautiful condo with a great location

We loved this condo! We had 4 kids under the age of 5 and having the first floor condo close to the beach was wonderful. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

Pros:
-easy and thorough communication
-location can’t be beat. Corner unit is steps from beach and pool. With two toddlers this was so convenient, could easily go to the unit to get snacks/bathroom/naps
-easily walkable to rosemary beach downtown, alys beach, convenience stores, restaurants. etc
- living spaces are comfortable
- beautiful porch with ocean views
- safe. secure neighborhood with guarded entrance
Cons
- unit has the very basics but nothing more. Would have loved an extra blanket for watching movies on the couch with kids
- for a beachside rental I would have expected beach toys, umbrellas, beach towels as we have had with other rentals. We were able to rent from an outside company which was very easy
- no window screens so no fresh air in unit
Overall, and especially with younger children, this unit is fantastic. We hope to visit again next year!

loved being beachfront, and also easy walking distance to the shops/ restaurants at Alys and Rosemary. Pool was a nice break, too. Bring your own beach towels, and chairs/ umbrella (or be prepared to rent for $$$). nice basic amenities and pantry supplies were there, and we added some more upon our departure.

The beach side rentals can be hard to find and this one was very nice and well situated with a beautiful view of the ocean. As other reviewers have mentioned it is not private, so if that’s going to be an issue for you you might not be happy with this unit. It sits between the pool and the main beach access path from the Seacrest area across the street so ALL of those people being dropped off by the trams walk in front of the two pool facing bedrooms in the morning and afternoon coming and going from the beach. There’s also some noise from the pool but honestly it didn’t bother us. After about 530 when they start putting up the chairs and people vacate to go to dinner it’s very private and quiet. And if you have little kids you will be the envy of your friends lugging all their junk across the street and up and down to the beach. We only had to grab a couple of drinks and towels bc we could walk back up for snacks, bathroom, etc. The beach area is very small and crowded for Seacrest. But we were able to walk down the beach just a little bit and rent chairs in the front row. All in all we had a great time and we’re happy with the location and convenience! The only other thing I would mention is the beds-not uncomfortable but not plush either-maybe on the older end. The unit was spotlessly clean and check in was seamless.

This vacation home met all our expectations and more. It was so nice to set up on the beach, leave our chair & umbrella to come in for lunch, and then return to our spot. Felt like it was our beach. The condo is well furnished and only the nicest supplies in the kitchen. Nice towels too. Michelle and I communicated well. She was most accomodating with anything we needed. We will definitely return.

Great floor level condo right on the beach! The unit was clean, Michelle was very easy to get in contact with and the convenience to the beach is worth the price. If you have kids, this is the condo for you. There’s a grassy area outside by the patio for them to run around, the pool is directly around the corner and the beach access is a few steps away. There are a lot of steps down to the beach and no ramp, so prepare for that. You can only see the water from the patio, not the beach, because of some shrubs but it is still beautiful. The condo is within walking distance to shops and restaurants but not directly in the middle of it all. Great place to stay!

Even better than the photos
Photos do not to this property justice. It was even more spacious and beautiful in person! The location is prime and there’s nothing quite like being able to see the view of the ocean from your back porch. We had a large group (my husband and I, our 17 month old daughter, stepson age 4, my mother, and two aunts) and there was plenty of room for all of us to stay comfortably. The common areas are especially spacious for larger groups. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

Beautiful Home
We had a great time! The house is beautiful and have everything you need to cook and feel at home. The view from the living room, dinning room and kitchen is fabulous! It was amazing waking up every day to such an wonderful view. Location is perfect! Very close to shops and restaurants. And communication with the owner was easy and timely. Yes, like other reviewer mentioned, the beach gets very crowded and it's hard to find a place. However, we rented chairs and umbrellas and everything was great! Also, the privacy part is true. You do see people walking by all the time and they can see you especially at night but it didn't bother us at all. We're definitely coming back!

Absolutely the best!!!
Michelle was the best and sweetest person to deal with!! She made sure everything was spot on for us!! The condo is amazing!! This place is so clean! For the first time I didn't feel the need for our family to sanitize before settling in!! Oh and the beach was amazing, I mean there were ppl but not horribly crowded. The ppl walking by didn't bother us, just other families that share private beach access from the area. It really wasn't a big deal at all. The views are breathtaking!! We didn't want to leave and hope to visit again really soon!! Oh and the pool!! 😍😍Kids fave and I loved it too!! Not ever crowded while we were there! This was just what our family was needing. Thanks Michelle 😊

Amazing views but little privacy
The views from this condo are fabulous, and the living, dining and kitchen areas are all great. The home is well furnished but 2 bedrooms face out onto a walkway to the beach and a pool making it impossible to open the windows or blinds. There was a lot more walking traffic than we expected.

Wonderful experience
My husband and I stayed in this condo with some of friends while we were in town for a wedding in Rosemary Beach. The property was perfectly cleaned and well-kept, there was plenty of space, and the location was perfect. Also, the check-in and check-out processes were extremely easy and convenient. Michelle, the property manager, was exceptional in her communication with us before, during and after our stay. The one thing to keep in mind... it is a very crowded beach! It's a nice beach, though, and the beach rental service came in very handy. Overall, we would highly recommend this property!

Pros:
•The location of the property was spectacular. Perfect view of the beach and centrally located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach.
•The condo was very clean.
•Plenty of space for two families.
Cons:
•The property does not have any extra linens or pillows, so bring your own.
• Owner does not provide any beach towels - so bring or buy your own.
•Owner will file an insurance claim after you’ve checked out stating false information to claim money (I.e. said we lost a wrist band, even though we made sure the 4 wristbands and 2 key cards that were provided to us were left on the counter so we wouldn’t be charged; claimed there were beer bottles left behind even though we did not buy a single beer bottle our entire trip; and claimed there was trash everywhere even though I specifically remember emptying the house trash cans and walking the trash out to the dumpster as the last thing I did before leaving.)

AMAZING LOCATION
This rental is literally steps from Rosemary Beach. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. We loved the porch furniture. Everything was just top of the line. We came the first week of March 2022 and it was rainy and cold the whole time which was a bummer, but I wouldn't hesitate to come back and would DEFINITELY choose this property again.

Perfect Condo, Imperfect Beach
We vacationed here with myself and my husband, our 4 year old and 4 month old, and my husband's parents. This condo was perfect for the 6 of us. The views were breathtaking and the layout couldn't have been better to accommodate everyone. We loved that the master bedroom had a walk-in closet perfect for setting up a pack-n-play for the baby. We spent a lot of time on the back porch listening to the ocean waves. The condo itself is wonderful and clean.
Now for the downside and the only reason I give this place less than 5 stars – the beach. We’ve never seen a beach so crowded. The condo’s area is private – however, it is restricted between two sets of cones, and unless you set up at the crack of dawn, you’re pretty much guaranteed to be forced to set up behind other people with no great view of the water. The small area of beach you’re allowed to set up in is shared with the entire condo property, and there are just too many people for that small of a space. We went in October, which we thought would be slow season, and yet there were so many people all packed very close together. I asked one of the vendors there if it was normally so crowded, and they replied that yes – it was pretty much always like that and that they heard people complain all the time.
Normally we would have just walked farther down the beach to set up, but to the left of the cones is space reserved only for vendors (a company renting umbrellas / chairs), and to the right was private property with no trespassing signs. We felt kind of stuck. It was not at all what we envisioned when we imagined a relaxing day at the beach with our family. To top it off, there was a “no tent” rule, which was disappointing since we had brought a tent with the intention of keeping our 4-month-old in so he would be out of the sand and able nap in the shade. We ended up having to carry him up and down the steps back to the condo for all of his naps instead, limiting the amount of time we were able to spend at the beach together as a family.
If this condo was located somewhere else with better beach options, I would 100% stay here again. If you don’t care about the beach, I recommend staying here. The condo itself is great. The pool is fantastic. Location is wonderful. The host was very responsive. We had no issues with anything at all except the crowds and limited space available at the beach, but unfortunately since that was the main purpose of our vacation, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Fantastic beachfront condo
This location is cozy, nicely decorated, and extremely convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Because it's on the first floor occasionally people pass by the window so there's a little loss of privacy, but not enough to lose any enjoyment! I highly recommend this property.
