Perfect house for our family, 6 adults 4 children, elevator helps get the luggage up and down. Hosts are outstanding! They answered every question promptly and accommodated every request. This area is perfect for families. My grandson wants to move in this house, we would definitely rent it again!

Plenty of space with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, family room, kitchen/dining area, and various decks with chairs. The elevator made it easy to bring luggage and items upstairs. There was a shower off of the garage to rinse off after being at the beach. Easy access to the beach and also to a swimming pool. A cool pelican's nest and view at the top of the roof. We were here with our children and grandchildren. We had a lot of fun and loved our stay at Ocean Isle Beach with Clark's Paradise Cove as our Vrbo residence.

This was a nice home, well appointed, and close to the beach. Our only complaint was the placement of the elevator, which opens into a bedroom on both the 2nd and 3rd floors. This was a problem for us because our elderly parents wanted to stay in the master bedroom, which required them to cross in and out of the other bedrooms to get to the elevator. We worked it out, but would have liked to be aware of this elevator placement ahead of time.

Our stay on Ocean Isle was enhanced by the property we rented. The house was everything advertised. I chose a property with an elevator because of some physical restrictions and it was a wonderful addition to my stay personally. The property manager was always communicative and helpful. Will rent again!

I love this island. I adore this house. The large front porch is a perfect gathering area. The elevator makes everything a little easier. This house has plenty of bathrooms and space for a large group.

Family vacation
We have been vacationing with our family at Ocean Isle for over 20 years. Our family has grown and we now range from 3 years, teens, young adults to retired. The house is roomy and accommodating to all ages. We always rent a golf cart but the beach access was close enough that we did not need it. We cooked in several nights and mornings and had everything we needed. We would be happy to rent again!

It was perfect for our yearly family vacation. The elevator was a lifesaver since my mother had sustained a recent injury. Caroline, the property manager, was so easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

Fabulous house, location and host!
Great house - every bedroom has a private bathroom (YAY!) and it is within walking distance to the shops and restaurants at OIB. Very close to the beach access point, too!
We went with our friends the first half of our trip (3 total families with 3 kids under 2) and it was great for all of us. Our moms joined us the 2nd half of the trip (friends left) and they REALLY enjoyed the elevator access :) It also made it really easy for unloading and loading the cars.
The garage is awesome to have so you can just store all of your beach stuff down there without worrying about it and the outdoor shower is a MUST when coming home from the beach. It had great water pressure and got hot, too!

The location was fantastic and the house was comfortable. Good communication and house stocked well with essentials. Only drawback was no linens provided and minor drain issues of the upstairs. Nice feedback from owners when drain issue mentioned so hopefully will be resolved for future tenants.

Just Beautiful
My family stayed here on our annual trip. We had never stayed in Ocean Isle before so this was all new to us. The beach was beautiful and the pool was just right.
The house is larger than it looks with plenty of room for everyone to have some privacy. It is close enough to Myrtle Beach for day trips but far enough away to be quiet and calm.
We loved it and everyone had such a great time. I was truly sorry to leave!

We really enjoyed our late summer vacation in this beach house. The home is VERY clean. There is plenty of room we never felt like it was to crowded. Having 5 bedrooms with their own bathroom is a huge plus. The beds slept very nice. It is no more than a minute walk to the beach or the community pool. All appliances, TV's etc. are up to date. I only needed to contact the owner one time, and when i did she responded no less than a minute. We all had a great time and were very sad when it was time to leave! Would love to stay here again. If you are thinking about staying here click that reserve button! You will love it!

Perfect house and location for family beach lovers!
The home easily accommodated our 7 adults, one three year old, and an infant. It was lovely and clean. The outdoor seating and widow's walk were especially enjoyable. The owners were very helpful, responding to our every question.

Unbelievable communication and customer service
Carolyn and her husband were phenomenal! 2020 struck again as a hurricane cane and made land fall on ocean isle. Even with that happening, the communication was amazing. Unfortunately, government officials shut down the island for our vacation week but I can say enough how helpful, responsive and understanding Carolyn was.
I 100% recommend this property and it has everything to do with the owners and how we were treated during this hurricane.
We look forward to working with them again in the future!

Great Location
House was conveniently located to the beach, community pool, and town center. Lots of great restaurants to choose from. The isle had many turtle nests and we were able to witness a turtle hatching! Easy drive to other outdoor activities, too.

Great location!
The house is in a great spot in relation to the beach and having access to the pool was wonderful, especially for some of our young children who didn't want to stay at the beach all day. The home had a great stock of kitchen extras (pots, pans, paper products, spices) which was helpful as we prefer to cook and eat in. Also having the back yard area that was totally fenced in was a great asset for the kids. Overall we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend the house!

Labor Day weekend trip
The home was beautifully decorated and provided us with the perfect place to stay. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with cooking instruments and the beds were comfortable. The property owner was easy to contact and responded quickly to our questions. Will definitely be considering this property for future stays.

This is the perfect vacation home. Hats off to John and Carolyn for maintaining a beautiful and clean home. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is close to everything that Ocean Isle has to offer. We will absolutely stay here again next time we head to Ocean Isle.
