We enjoyed our stay here. The one bedroom unit is spacious and cozy. It was clean, check in and check out were really simple. Our GPS routed us the wrong direction, but we were still able to find it easily. The cabana with games and hot tub is nice on bad weather days. I do wish there was a vending machine, but stores are close by to grab drinks and snacks. The host responds quickly, too. It was a nice weekend getaway.

Good location. Very easy communication and check in. This is an older condo community but the grounds are kept up very well. We enjoyed the covered area/ deck to sit and look at the view of Lake Hamilton. The cabana with hot tub and game area was directly across from the condo. This was nice along with pool next to it. Only there were a lot of people and a little too close for comfort at times. We really couldn’t enjoy the pool much due to this. We liked not having to go up any stairs and still having a small balcony to enjoy our coffee. The two sinks separated in bathroom area are a nice feature. I did have problems with the outlets in the bathrooms. My hair appliances would not stay plugged in. The unit was very clean with exception of oven and area where trash can was located. We liked that the TV was on a rolling stand. The kitchen was tiny but this didn’t bother us. We didn’t cook, only warmed up sone leftovers from all the great places we ate ! I would suggest replacement or repair to the recliner which sits crooked. Overall we enjoyed our 5 day stay here very much, and it was sad to leave.

Great property with plenty of activities to keep you and kids occupied. Very clean property, friendly staff, and a security guard was present the entire time. Memorial Day fireworks on the Lake were the best I’ve ever seen. Great view of the lake, too. We loved coming back after a busy day of touring the Hot Springs area with so much to do at the resort. Pool table, ping pong table, pickle ball, basketball, tennis, putt putt golf, playground, 2 swimming pools, hot tub, BBQ area, and more. Highly recommend this property. Would definitely stay here again.

Was pretty great except for no rugs on the freezing tile floors, bed wasn't soft enough for us, and the vanity receptacles didn't work. Had to do my hair completely away from the vanity. Very frustrating. Back patio light didn't work & there's no air filter in the a/c unit. Little things maybe, but should be attended to.

The condo was perfect for our stay! Plenty of room, comfortable amenities, & great location to check out everything to do in Hot Springs. Loved that it was right across from the Cabana, which we used every night. The balcony was perfect & we could see the lake from it at this time of year. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing property just on the outskirts of downtown historic Hot Springs. On the Lake. Great views. Literally just like the listing explains! Beautifully taken care of with amenities to an indoor hot tub and sauna that we used. Also has access to laundry. Communication was easy. Great place and would stay again in a heart beat!

The location of this unit specifically is great! Right across the street from the Cabana, where the hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, mini golf etc is at. Really great location for families traveling with kids. Our family really enjoyed this condo. It's a great location for area attractions too, close to downtown Hot Springs, Garvan Woodland Gardens, Ron Coleman Mining etc. Highly recommend.

I was arriving after a 6.5 hour drive, and it was very easy to obtain the key, and find the place. The bed was very comfortable. There was a nice amount of space available. The closet was large enough for two people and then some. Also there were two bathroom sinks one by itself off the bedroom, and another sink with the commode and the tub/shower. This was a nice touch and allowed two people to get ready at the same time. I would definitely stay here again. It was located in a nice gated community.

Absolutely loved this property!!! We come to hot springs about 2x year. We will definitely be back. The location was great. Pool, hot tub, game room, putt putt etc was right out the door. We spent the day out and about and plenty to do on the property in the evenings. Very clean!!

Peaceful getaway
This condo was right across from the game room and hot tub building which was great. We enjoying being able to play pool or relax in the hot tub so easily. The property was very calm and relaxing (it wasn’t very busy due to the time of year). Would have loved a smart tv but we brought a Chromecast just in case and that worked out great. Overall a great place to stay.

Our family had a great time at the condo! Overall a very good experience, centrally located to all the places we wanted to go, and a nicely updated and clean space for a family of 4. Management was very responsive on requests for extending our stay and minor needs along the way. The pool down the hill and by the lake was a blast with the kids.
Only small issues - one worth mentioning.
A high pitch, persistently loud whistle noise in the piping system from adjacent condos - like air in the pipes. We eventually became used to it but was definitely a noise that carried throughout the stay (and all night).

This property gave us easy access to activities in Hot Springs.. It provided a quiet, clean place to call home. When not out about the city, the property provided games, a pool to swim in and a spa to warm up in before settling down for the night. We would stay here again for sure!
