The location wass perfect with private dock to access the river. The backyard was not well-maintained as shown on listing photos.

We have stayed many places up and down Rainbow River and this was our second time at this property. This place is great for anyone with a smaller group. The backyard has a unique landscape that gives off Jungle Vibes. The host is responsive to any questions you have. Highly recommend.

My Husband and I booked this house with friends of ours for a last minute quick get away before the summer madness hits and it was absolutely beautiful! We saw otters every morning and every evening and a plethora of other wildlife throughout the day. The house is exactly what you expect from an old Florida river house with an amazing back yard that backs right up the river for direct access! This is really the only way to do Rainbow River in my opinion! The house is perfectly located at about the halfway point from the spring head to the public access exit by swampys. Each day we did a 2 hour leisurely float to swampys and used our SUP’s to head up river to the spring head in the afternoon. Lynn was a great host and communicated with us quickly when we had questions. Thank you so much for sharing your little slice of paradise with us! We will definitely be making a trip back to stay here again now that we have found this gem!

This location was amazing for us, we love Rainbow springs and we love kayaks. I wish if the owner was providing kayaks at is property. But anyway it was not bad to rent them locally.

My husband and I had the best 4 day get away. Rainbow River is such a gem. This house is a perfect location on the river. So nice you can pull your car right up to the house. Very private. Had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

Very comfortable, lovely 2 bedroom home. Clean and comfortable. Elegant kitchen, master, and huge covered/screen back patio. Great view of river from house, patio and dock. Very zen and meditative space. Loved our stay. About a 1.5 hour float down river to Blue Run park. Easy to take a car down to Blue Run and then float the river from your private dock.

This house is in a quiet neighborhood. The dock makes it easy to get in and out of the water. Beautiful view of the river. We watched the otters play every evening. Bonus is that it is only 1.5 miles up the river from Swampy’s.

Overall this was a lovely location and home..the dock was a great place to people watch...we would return...

We wanted to stay waterfront at the rainbow river ever since our spectacular kayak trip in Silver Springs. The freshwater springs are fascinating to me, and kayaking on the river is such a special experience with all of the wildlife. We had a really nice time at Hannah‘s place with our two dogs. It was nice to have a yard for them to run around in and we really loved the large screened in porch. The place was really clean and the kitchen well stocked and updated. The only issue we had is that the master bed mattress was a little bit soft for us and would’ve preferred something firmer. Also we rented kayaks but would be nice to have had them onsite. otherwise everything was fine and we would certainly return there.

This was our 3rd time staying at this lovely property. Hanna is a great host, and we thoroughly enjoy spending time at this house. We're already planning our return.

Hanna's house is the perfect spot to enjoy the beauty of the Rainbow River and all the other nearby natural attractions in that area of Florida. It's a great location to stay and take the short drives to Crystal River, Silver Springs, and Weeki Wachi Springs. The town of Dunnellon is just a couple minutes away and has every convenience. The house was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. We loved sitting on the dock with our morning coffee, watching the mist rise off the Rainbow River.

We had a beautiful calm stay and got to relax by the river. Rented a pontoon boat and swam all day!

Great stay. The house is a house, no big deal, had all the amenities but could use a little updating. But that yard!! AMAZING! Just perfect. And what a great spot on the river which is why you stay at this house. It was exactly what we were hoping for and more.

Hanna was great as was her home. Perfect place on the water and as always, had a very wonderful time. Already looking forward to next year!

Hanna was great. She was always available if we needed to communicate. The house was very clean. Everything you need is there. We enjoyed sitting on the dock watching other people floating down the river. Swampy’s restaurant is just about a mile and a half away. Plenty of grocery stores nearby. We will definitely be back.

We had such a wonderful stay. It was quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed floating down the river. The house was clean and comfortable and we found everything we needed to be available. We will definitely be staying again.

We had a delightful time at the river. This is our fifth time there. Resting on the back patio, playing in the water, oh what a fabulous place. We literally had tears in our eyes when we had to leave.

Gorgeous home with an amazing location on the Rainbow River. Possibly the largest screened porch of all time! Perfect dock for sunrise paddle board launches upriver and relaxing in the sun throughout the day. We even dropped in our own tubes and floated down to the county park. Fully stocked kitchen made it feel like home. Would return without hesitation.

We had a great long weekend. Absolutely perfect. Home was clean, cozy & full stocked with everything we could need. Lots of wildlife. River is amazing!

Beautiful setting. Abundant natural setting. Nature galore….. so many species of birds, fish, turtles, lizards, squirrels, otters…..peaceful, pleasant quietness of the river early at sunrise, fun conversing with the rafters from the dock while sunning and then again the beautiful, peaceful dusk…..need I say more?

Comfortable and clean home located on the Rainbow River. Great location on the river! Enjoyed hanging out on the dock, watching the otters, birds and people. Definitely will be back.

If you are hoping for a relaxing vacation, where you can sit outside on the lanai, looking out over a beautiful garden, or spend time on the dock and watch otters play, or visit anyone of numerous waterfront restaurants via boat, or just float. You've found it!!! Such an amazing home, lots of room, and located in a fabulous location. Close to antique shops and beautiful sunflower fields. Highly Recommend
