We had 2 houses right next to each other and it was perfect for our large family gathering. The houses were clean and check in process was very easy. The community pool and play area was very nice and the kids really enjoyed the pool along with the waterslide. The house included all the linens and was spacious. The kitchen had all the pots and pans needed and included really large pots which was great when trying to cook for such a large group.

We had over thirty people in these two properties and it was great! The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchens were well organized. The communication was great. There was a lot to do at the property and we throughly enjoyed the pool and even just the games upstairs. Be aware that there is no door connecting the two condos (though that would have been nice) but it was not a big bother to just walk next door. One small issue is that the A/C in some of the upper rooms didn’t seem to be working right. We ended up buying fans at a thrift store but fans being provided would’ve been nice.

We rented side-by-side homes (#28-29) and there was tons of room and the property was even nicer than the pictures. Lovely kitchen, big bonus rooms, comfortable beds and hot tubs! Far exceeded expectations. We’ll be back.

Great Family Reunion vacation spot!
This was a great vacation spot! We had a great time! Great pool, close to grocery shopping and hiking! We had 40 people with us.

We picked the wrong weekend
We had a great time. the Condo were amazing and we had plenty of room. There could have been more hooks for swimsuits and towel in the bathrooms but everything else was great. The only thing was it was unseasonably cool and we added the late checkout because it was supposed to be warmer that day but the pools were all cold ..including both hot tubs. Were weren't able to get hold of anyone to help us and another gest finally was able to talk with someone but it was too late. I would to get a refund for the late check out charge if possible because of that but it was really the luck of the draw.

Amazing Family Reunion Location
We loved staying here! Check-in and check-out were extremely easy. All the staff in the clubhouse and pool super easy going and friendly! We had a family of 48 ranging from 6-months to 65 years old stay in two next-door units that fit us extremely comfortably! (Which is pretty hard to do.) There were plenty of bathrooms and the rooms were spacious and clean! The pool was amazing and by far the kids favorite thing. Our family can't wait to go back again!

Wish I Could Keep It Secret!
This is seriously the best place for a family reunion! The house itself is beautiful - we actually had the two homes which accommodated our group. Having the Arcadia water park and all of the activities was a game changer for down time with organized family activities. I can't recommend enough.

World Softball Tournament
There were a few issues that did not get resolved during our stay. Our clothes dryer did not work upon arrival and after notifications to management it was not working during our entire stay. Pool cues were broken and hot tub did not function even after maintenance looked at it. Other than that it was a great house and location. We will definitely rent again.

A lovely place for our family
We really enjoyed the two houses that we rented. We were a bit surprised and disappointed at how dirty the carpets were. We had small children who were on the carpet a lot. Other than that it was clean. We also had some issues in trying to find all the remotes that worked on the tvs and ended up playing more games which was better anyway. The pool across the street was wonderful and we spent a good portion of our time there. My family really enjoyed this place and we would come here again. The girls at the desks were very pleasant and worked with us very well. Thank you for a nice stay.

Everything was very well appointed and clean. The staff was super helpful with a all the questions we had, and we loved all the amenities. The pool was so much fun for kids and adults alike, and we didn’t end up using the gym, but it was super nice. Lovely stay for the whole family, and Santa Clara ended up being an ideal location, so close to Snow Canyon. Just would request more garbage sacks and cleaning supplies.

This was a perfect place for our family reunion. The water area was very nice and clean. The only complaint was with the hot tub at unit #29. We couldn’t figure out how to heat the hot tub. I called the front desk for help and they sent someone over who also didn’t know how and we couldn’t ever figure it out. So we weren’t able to use the hot tub.

Our extended family used two units for our vacation. We enjoyed the pool and scooters. The quarantine had closed some of the amenities, so I can't comment on them. But the staff was friendly and aware of the limits imposed. The units were clean except for a few bugs that could be expected being so close to the desert. We had a great time and would go again.
