Very nice accommodation with a beautiful view over Augsburg from the 19'th floor. There was enough room for 3 persons and 4 will probably fit as well. The city center can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, no need for bus. Communication with the host was excellent and done exclusively on WhatsApp. The tower is exposed to the elements, so it is quite windy on the balcony and if the outside temperatures are high then it might get uncomfortable inside. We were lucky and the weather was perfect, no more than 23 degC in August. There is small kitchenette but it’s not really usable and could be better maintained and cleaned. We found a parking lot in the near the Sporthalle (parking lot was never full) and had to walk on foot 5min to the car. Not really an issue for us, but some wont like it. Parking in front of the entrance is allowed only for getting the luggage to the apartment.

The kitchenette could be better maintained. A small vacuum cleaner or at least a broom could be very helpfull.

Location is good, near the train station. Kitchen is small but enough to cook. Safe and clean, recommended. Plus: the city view is amazing.

The host Kathrin was great, very friendly and helpful in all aspects.. Such a lovely lady and very welcoming.. she made our stay comfortable.. We liked the location, very close to all amenities ,tram stop 5mins away, 10mins to shops.. there was a nice park local.. and the view was amazing from our 19th floor balcony.. we would return again and recommend to anyone..

Host very helpful with directions and check-in, confortable temperature in the studio , the kitchenette was functional, great views towards the mountains, tram to city center at 3 minutes walk.

Bedding all synthetic fiber, so much so that was producing static electricity every time we went to bed. Also, some little cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchenette.
