I recently stayed in this property with my family, including three young children. The condo was very clean on our arrival and has lots of updates. It was spacious enough for the five of us, and the kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans and kitchen tools. The only thing missing is AC, which isn't a big deal during ski season, but we happened to be there during a June heatwave, and we are just accustomed to having it. The condo is located close to shopping plazas, walking trails, and a community playground that my kids loved. There is no pool in the complex, which is one downside when you're traveling with little kids. Debbie was very helpful and responsive when I had questions.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a short walk to the skier express bus stop at Avon Station and to the Beaver Creek landing gondola. We cooked lots of meals and appreciated the well stocked kitchen including spices. We used the washer and dryer in the unit daily. We also used the ski locker in the underground garage. Debbie responded to every question and request within minutes and even sent a handyman on Saturday night to fix a problem. We would definitely stay here again.

The best thing about the property is the location to the Riverfront Express Gondola - it's just across the street. The condo itself is well-stocked but showing signs of wear in the furniture/walls/doors.

We enjoyed staying in this condo. The location was great! . The place was very clean and had everything you need for your stay. We have two children and I will say that the living room furniture was hard to fit everyone comfortably. After a long day of skiing, you want to be able to stretch out and relax. This is not the best furniture set up and I would recommend the owners upgrade the living room furniture. One other negative was the place is really dark. Overall, this place is a good value and mostly comfortable.

We thought the unit was comfortable and very well-stocked. The locking system was very funky however. Why only one key for both unit and ski locker? The key code holder was worn out and kept hitting the knob. As you know the shutter over the key code wouldn’t budge when we left.

Stay somewhere else if you have the opportunity. The last night of our stay we woke up at midnight to water coming into the unit from an overflowing toilet above. My wife and I worked until 3:30am to mitigate damage by putting out buckets and pouring out the buckets into tubs (the water was disgusting). We also worked the phones, calling the property manager and beaver creek resort multiple times. We finally got the property manager, and she did not even offer to come over and help with the cleanup/mitigation. We finally tracked down someone with Beaver Creek emergency services to turn off the water upstairs to stop the flooding. We missed our last day of skiing the next morning from exhaustion. The owner offered one night refund when we asked for two given we missed our last ski day. Neither the property manager or owner thanked us, but rather the property manager texted "owner above has insurance to cover whatever damage may have been, and last day of skiing could have still been since you had a departure of 10am originally and thankfully I was able to delay." The delay she gave us was 1 hour to 11:00am after I had to ask for it! So basically they didn't care because the unit above was covering, and we could have skied on about 3 hours sleep. But at least we got an extra hour to check out and were able to wash and dry all of their towels for them after cleaning up yellow water...and who knows maybe they were able to keep their next week's renter.

This property was great to stay at. Debbie made sure we knew what to do to check-in, park, and get settled. It is a very short walk to the gondola making it easy to get to Beaver Creek with little effort. Also, the pull out couch is super nice with a foam mattress. Loved this place.

Loved it. Debbie was great at helping me get to our villa. The person at the front wasn’t that knowledgeable about how to get the keys. When I called Debbie, she was able to help me.

Great location and unit. Property Manager was incredibly responsive.

Whether it was the gondola, or shuttle parking-- this location made it very easy to get on the mountain.

Condo was very large, plenty of storage for clothing , etc. Kitchen and bathrooms stocked with everything you would ever need. Grocery store just a short shuttle ride. Skier shuttle very easy to ride back and forth to Beaver Creek.

December 2021 Location: very convenient, 4 min walk (in ski boots) to the Riverfront gondola. Skier bus shuttle stop is right across the street. Bus takes you to Beaver creek village. Close to the restaurants as well. Property: clean, cozy, plenty of kitchen utensils, comfortable beds. Ski storage and garage are big pluses. Management: there was a problem prior our arrival. Debbie was great in communicating and solving the problem. Overall: definitely would stay here again and recommend to friends.

The property exceeded our expectations. The location was very central to our wedding in Vail and family in Edwards. It was also convenient to many restaurants. The property was well equipped and had great views of Beaver Creek. We would definitely rent again!

We had a great time at this property. Centrally located -easy walk to Beaver Creek,local restaurants,Nottingham Park and Eagle County hiking trail along the Eagle River. Condo was impeccably clean , spacious, and well provisioned.Secure private parking and building security systems were excellent. Host Debbie is a real professional - very responsive and proactive.Mountain views from the condo are spectacular.We have many choices in the Avon area. This property is our number one choice.we have reserved this unit again for our Summer 2022 Colorado vacation

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was perfect, just a 4-min walk from the BC landing gondola which made accessing the ski area very easy. The condo was as described, clean , and everything was in order. The kitchen is well equipped and with all the pots and pans you might ever need. Debbie, the property manager, was responsive and easy to deal with.

The property is very conveniently located to beaver creek resort. It is an easy bus ride on the skier express to beaver creek village or gondola ride to lower beaver creek express lift. The property was very clean and comfortable for my family with 3 children.

Very nice updated condo. Well stocked and very clean. The parking garage was a nice bonus. A short walk to the gondola and we were skiing in no time. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

This condo was amazing. Exactly what we needed for our long weekend of skiing. The bathrooms we’re beautiful, the beds were extremely comfy, and the kitchen was perfect. We decided to cook every night and it was exactly what we needed. The grill worked amazing, and the balcony has some great Mountain View’s. The gondola to get on the mountain was a 2min walk (4 min in ski boots). We will definitely be coming back, thanks Debbie!

Great condo for our group. Just walking across the street to the gondola was super easy. Place was clean and comfortable.

The property was in a good location near buses and gondola. Kitchen was very well appointed with all the dishes, pans and utensils you good want. Lots of storage. Only thing missing is pool and hot tub.

All the comforts of home within walking distance to riverfront gondola at beaver creek. we loved staying here- clean, easy to check in, accurately depicted in listing, good water pressure in showers, comfy beds, free indoor parking included. My only single complaint... TV in the living room is a bit small and could use an update. But I would be happy to stay here again!

these accommodations where as described - very clean, the soft but firm bed was very comfortable, updated bathrooms and kitchen, well stocked with a great view of the mountain. Open the drapes, turn on the fireplace and enjoy the snow fall. Very convenient parking in a covered garage with a ski closet near by. We walked out the front door - across the street and stepped onto the Skier Express bus to Beavercreek village. Plenty of great places for dinner and a market near by if you want to cook in (or use the grill on the porch). Only issue - we needed an extra key - Debbie had one delivered to us that afternoon - problem solved. Great place to stay - we'll be back!

.•Took the Gondola up the Mtn each day by walking across the street from the property (translation: no need to park in remote lot and shuttle in or drive to the base and pay for parking); final run of day literally goes back to the gondola; •Walked to dinner each night: Ticino is out the back door and Blue Plate is down the street both w/ great food; Pazzos for pizza and Bobs for beer if you want to hang out with the locals •One member of our group rented skis and two places within minutes of The Seasons

Great building and location within walking distance of gondola. We had a great week and really enjoyed the condo. Parking was convenient to condo. Plenty of kitchen equipment. Bathrooms were great. Gas fireplace was useful. Windows and balcony provide great view. One floor made everything easy. Lots of storage for suitcases and convenient washer and dryer location. Would stay again. Easy walk/drive to drugstore and Avon restaurants and shopping.

My family of four had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and spacious condo. It was clean, comfortable and across the street from a free ski shuttle to Beaver Creek. The underground parking was convenient. Would definitely consider returning next winter.
