Oceanfront 3BR Townhouse Near K&P, Restaurants & Village, Wifi
Réveillez-vous à un beau lever de soleil sur l'océan Atlantique à Saint- Simons Island. Nos maisons en rangée de luxe est à droite sur la plage avec une pelouse verdoyante et luxuriante - parfait pour les barbecues à l'arrière, un jeu de croquet, des enfants qui jouent ou tout simplement se détendre tout en écoutant les vagues ou en regardant les navires passent par ou dauphins nager juste à côté de la rive. Profitez de toute la journée sur la plage - même à marée haute! Nous sommes très reconnaissants que notre plage de sable a grandi et recouvert les rochers Johnson.
Ocean Breeze Townhomes sont directement sur l'océan, un bloc de la King & Prince. A été entièrement rénové de la maison de ville de 3 chambres à coucher en Mars 2011.
Deux maîtres, suites spacieuses king-size avec salle de bains carrelée privés sont à l'étage. Les deux suites disposent de nouveaux écrans plats 32 ', planchers de bois franc et des ventilateurs de plafond. Une suite surplombe la plage.
En bas, une cuisine bien équipée entièrement rénové avec de nouveaux appareils, des armoires et des comptoirs en quartz. Les aménagement confortable den (canapé et 4 chaises) sont tous nouveaux et rembourrés sur mesure. Profitez de regarder la nouvelle 'HDTV 50. Au premier étage se trouve une petite chambre avec lits jumeaux. Les bas entier a nouveau carrelage italien.
Une rondelle pleine grandeur et sèche-linge sont également bas.
Il est facile d'accès avec parking devant la porte. Pas d'ascenseur - juste marcher en plein.
Être à seulement deux pâtés de crabe papa, The Crab Trap et le salon de l'océan, il est une promenade du soir facile pour dîner ou bonnets de nuit. Vous ne devez pas même d'obtenir dans votre voiture!
Le Village est à moins d'un mile de distance (facile à pied ou à vélo) et un excellent endroit pour faire du shopping, le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner ou le dîner. Neptune Park, avec une piscine communautaire et aire de jeux, est situé entre le lotissement et le village.

This was our second stay and the place felt just as comfortable as it was last time. Relaxing setting with beach and ocean view. While we spent some time sitting on the beach, sitting on the patio was just as nice without the sand. The condo is well appointed and well maintained. Diane and Donald are wonderful hosts, very responsive to any questions or concerns.

I think this is our 4th time staying at this property and we will continue to keep coming back as much as we can. You just can't beat the super convenient location walking distance to shops and restaurants, the shared yard is perfect for kids and adults, and just a few steps to the beach. It really is a fantastic vacation rental.

We were in town for a business conference at K&P. The location was perfect - one block by street or by beach to the conference. The location was perfect, the home was perfect. It was a wonderful relaxing couple of days. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Excellent location - convenient to King & Prince, many neighborhood restaurants nearby. Village was less than 1 mile walk. Beach was just a few steps across a grassy lawn. Highly recommend.

Wonderful week and rental!
We had a wonderful week with family staying at this rental. It is exactly as the pictures show, very clean, well maintained, and you cannot beat the location. Walking right out to the beach, but not committing to a huge multi-family rental $$$ was amazing! The grassy area was awesome to sit out and read/relax by the ocean for those in our group who didn't want to get sandy. All communication with owners was prompt and we had no issues at all. Would stay again!!

Great Location
This was our first visit to Saint Simons Island! The condo was perfect, right on the beach. It was a short walk to several restaurants and a slightly longer walk to the main village. Great accessibility to nearby attractions like Savannah and Cumberland Island. We had a wonderful time!

Perfect Beach Spot
Great location and size for our annual family beach vacation. You can’t beat a fabulous view of the ocean and a direct path to the beach. This was our second time staying here, and we hope to be back a third time next year.

Hidden gem on St Simons
Can’t beat the location of this townhouse. Beautiful view of the beach from the back patio and even better view from the master suite balcony! We loved that it was a 1 min walk from patio to beach. The townhouse was well equipped with everything we needed. Hope to rent again!!

We came into town on very short notice due to my mother being ill, and Diane was great to work with. She made sure we were able to be in the rental at a decent time, considering they had someone leaving the same day. The townhouse was very clean, and we loved the decor. It felt very homey. I slept with the screen door partially open at night so I could listen to the waves. Our kids loved the grassy area and being able to throw the football around on the sand. We would definitely stay here in the future if we come back to St Simons.

One of the best stays!
This was one of the best properties we have ever rented; everything was exactly as described. Diane was easy to communicate with, the condo was very clean, had everything we needed and my favorite part was leaving the sliding door open a little (with the screen door) and being able to listen to the waves every night. It was COLD while we were there (like wear your down jackets on the beach cold) but still relaxing and beautiful. We would definitely return again! Thanks for sharing with us!

Love this property
Condo is wonderful has all amenities you would want. Close enough to the SSI Village to walk. Best amenity is the beach is right in your backyard! Owners are awesome, very accommodating, and communicate very well!!! We will continue to stay here as long as it’s available when we are traveling!
