My recent Vrbo lakeside stay was absolutely enchanting. Krystal, our exceptional hostess, made every moment unforgettable. Krystal's warm welcome and thoughtful surprises, like chips, treats, and wine, made us feel truly valued. Her openness to accommodating our cats was a rare find and made our stay feel like home. Krystal's attentiveness was remarkable; she promptly addressed all our needs, ensuring a stress-free stay. The breathtaking location with stunning sunsets and panoramic lake views provided the perfect escape. My husband's fishing experience added to the enjoyment, combining his passion with natural beauty. The adorable resident cats, Georgie and Oreo, added charm and made us feel part of the family. In summary, this Vrbo lakeside retreat exceeded expectations. The thoughtful surprises, pet-friendly environment, stunning location, and the warm presence of Georgie and Oreo made it an unforgettable vacation. We spent 7 days and nights here and had an amazing time. The room is well-designed so two people have plenty of room to spread out, plus you have the sheltered patio area, where we spent most of our time. The hot tub was a huge factor in choosing this property - we went on several hikes and went in it almost every day and it made the place feel more like home. One of their very friendly cats also came down to hang out with us many times (adorable). As the ad indicates, there is no laundry or stovetop within the suite and only a mini fridge, but there is a huge gas BBQ and plenty of towels, so we packed and shopped for BBQ-friendly meals accordingly. It was an easy adjustment and in the spirit of summer cottageing - we only ate at a restaurant once during our stay. Communication with Krystal was very smooth and fast - we had an early flight so she let us check in earlier and everything was ready in advance. The suite is well-equipped but the family also lives on the property if we had needed anything. Overall a beautiful, quiet location and close to other cities (Abbotsford airport is a 30-minute drive) and nature attractions. If we visit the area again we’d love to come back.

Stunning property! Very peaceful & relaxing even in the pouring rain ☔️ The hot tub was excellent! The basket of goodies and skin care/shampoo etc products were a nice bonus! It was so great to be able to have our dog join us in the rental as not too many places allow them 😁 We would definitely rent again!!!!!!

This lakeside suite is the perfect getaway for a couple. The photos and descriptions are accurate. My husband and I enjoyed the serene lakeside setting, the hot tub, and the stars at night. Property owner went above and beyond to provide an extra item for our stay. We also enjoyed visits from the local kitty cat. Thank you for sharing your home in such a special setting.

Very nice clean place. Beautiful rock landscape. It is a basement suite so the privacy was not quite what we expected. Having said we had a lovely time and really enjoyed the hot tub over looking the lake.

This property is amazing right on the lake. Nice private area to hang out in with a hotub. We had a wonderful stay and will definately be back.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was great to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday city life.

Had a great time swimming off the dock and relaxing in the hot tub. The calico cat was so cute and sweet.

This is the perfect place to chill and swim and enjoy the peace and quiet of the lake. Krystal was such a great host. Panoramic views of the lake from your private patio. The interior is beautifully decorated, nice comfy bed with high quality linens. It was always cool inside even on a hot day. We will be back for sure, highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying here very much. The property, lake, fire pit were all amazing. With travel restrictions we had to find somewhere close to home and we were glad to have found Lakeside Serenity. Thanks.

Over all a wonderful suite. View fantastic!location easy to get to. Lake nice to swim in. The BBQ propane was empty, we had to refill it, I am sure it was an oversight. I would stay again

We enjoyed our "pandemic getaway" at the lake! The suite is one large cozy room (plus full bathroom) with lakehouse decor and everything you need for a socially-distanced vacation. We enjoyed the hot tub, the barbecue, the highly functional kitchenette (it really does have everything!) and mostly the calming view of the lake. As a bonus, it was even clear enough for stargazing one night. Everything was super-clean and easy for us with great communication from the start. Overall, our expectations were exceeded. Thanks again for the getaway!

Waterfowl paddle by all day and we saw loads of eagles too. The hot tub was clean, well-maintained and perfectly hot. The suite itself was clean and lovely too and communication with Krystal was quick and easy. We totally recommend this place and will definitely return in the future.

We had a lovely time on the lake; watching the sunset from the hot tub and enjoying the view. The suite was immaculate and well-decorated, and the kitchen was surprisingly well-provisioned despite being small (no cooktop or oven, but there is a toaster oven , microwave, and outdoor BBQ).

I've stayed at the property twice now loved it both times. I really enjoyed watching the eagle everyday. The owners were awesome
