We were very fortunate to have received a free upgrade to the new section of this lovely hotel. The room was very large and extremely clean, beautiful view of the mountains. The complimentary breakfast was phenomenal. The ladies working there were very sweet and the selection of food was great... scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, french toast and all of the other usual breakfast items. Very impressed.
Only complaint I have is the chair in the room to sit on was rock hard and very uncomfortable...a room with that much space could have accommodated a small sofa or a more cozy chair. Other than that great room!

Our suite was clean and very accessible for
me after ankle surgery. Staff was very responsive to our questions and any requests.
My only complaint would be that our neighbours were very loud late at night and early morning, their dog was barking all day. But it wasn’t a huge issue.

The hottub was really dirty , and Luke warm .. pillows were super big hurt our necks , and we could hear the next door neighbours & above us . Other than that staff & everything else was great

Breakfast was good the first morning. The second morning the scrambled eggs were cold. Having to exit the hotel for breakfast was different.
The first night there was a lot of yelling in the hallway which woke us up. There was also music heard until midnight.

The breakfast was great staff very friendly and welcoming.
The bed was most uncomfortable. Iwas left with bruising from the matress in room 102. They need to definitly upgrade. The couch with the pull out was very uncomfortable even sitting on that couch was very hard. They did bring a cot in but again matresses need replacing.

The hotel was clean and what you would expect. Nothing special.
WiFi was extremely slow. 2Mbps up and down. I couldn't do a proper web meeting. I wouldn't consider this a WiFi service if it were this slow. Also, there was no kettle to boil water. There was a coffee machine with some coffee and tea capsules but I just needed a kettle.
