The Nest was a perfect place to settle in for a week of relaxation. Tastefully coastal modern. Amazing views. The location was in the peaceful weat end. It could not uave been a better place to stay.

We had the pleasure of spending a week at The Nest and couldn’t be happier with the condo itself, the location and the view!
The Nest is ideally located in the quiet West End of PTown and only a short walk to all of the hustle and bustle of the entertainment zone. It also just so happens to be above Relish deli and bakery which did not do our waistlines any favors!
The Nest was very clean and thoughtfully outfitted with a well stocked kitchen and even small touches such as beach chairs, towels, etc. Additionally, the floor plan was open and spacious with the most beautiful views of the bay from the kitchen, living room and private deck.
The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with and made our first (but not last!) trip to PTown a breeze with numerous recommendations and tips.
We will most definitely be returning to The Nest and recommend it to anyone desiring a tasteful and peaceful retreat.

My sister and I spent 2 nights at this wonderful condo. We could have just stayed on the deck for the view, or, inside for the comfortable and gorgeously decorated place. The owner was very accommodating and attentive. I would not have changed one thing except to stay another night!

The outdoor deck, the dining area and the living room all overlook the ocean, it was wonderful. Though there were only two of us, there is ample room for 4 to stay here and not be on top of each other. The kitchen was large and well equipped, the bedrooms were spacious and the living and dining areas open and comfy. Definitely renting here again!

The Nest is one of the best condos in Ptown. The location is great - in a quiet residential section but an easy walk to all the activity in the main part of town. The condo itself is very comfortable and *very* spacious. Ptown condos can be notoriously small, but The Nest has a very large living room and dining area, and the kitchen is also very large for Ptown. The outdoor deck is great and the views are breathtaking. You can walk down and jump right into the water when the tide is in. And I can't forget to mention the shower - it's got one of the coolest showers I've ever seen. I've never enjoyed taking a shower as much as I did while staying at The Nest. As soon as we put our bags down and looked around, we said to each other, "I don't think we're going to want to leave this place." We plan to go back every year.

This was just the most beautiful spot in all of Ptown. The Nest is a great way to describe, as you feel like you're in a treehouse with nothing but views all around. With kiddos, having the ever-changing beach just downstairs was incredible, and it's far enough away to be quiet, but an easy walk even for our 5yo. Rob was an incredibly responsive host, and we had zero issues whatsoever. Hope to book again so soon!

This property offers the best of all words in Ptown—a beautiful view of the harbor and a quiet place to retreat while still feeling immersed in the sense of community that makes Provincetown all that it is. The balcony has become one of my favorite places of all-time and the downstairs bakery is a total bonus. Can't recommend highly enough.

"The Nest" is close to all that P-town offers but is also just beyond the ruckus in the very best way...an ideal P-town location. The view in every direction is quintessential. The place is nicely appointed. We've stayed in many of the rentals on the water in P-town. This one is great. The room on the end would be best for the shorter members of your group because of a short door frame. Below 6' and you are fine, but tall boys beware. The parking set up is a little weird, but it works, so don't let that dissuade you. It is an excellent rental that I'm sure will see many happy visitors this season!

Perfect weekend in this gorgeous condo! We watched the most stunning orange full moonrise from the deck, enjoyed easy coffee and breakfast downstairs at Relish and could walk anywhere in town with ease from this quiet beachfront location. 10/10 and can’t wait to do it all again!

“The Nest” is a stunning property located in the West End’s Historic District. The hosts were wonderful in terms of pre trip planning. We didn’t need to contact them during our stay as the property is perfect; the pictures don’t do it justice! We didn’t want to leave and will certainly rent again!

We've been vacationing in the Provincetown area for the last 20 years or so...The Nest comes as close to perfection as any place we've stayed.
Location could not be better. The open living space is surrounded by windows with a bayfront deck offering panoramic, bird's eye, serene views of the water and coastline...yet you're minutes from the bustle of downtown in one direction, and minutes from the wetlands at the tip of P'Town in the other.
Clean and bright...comfortably furnished...great shower...and there could not be a better, more responsive host than Rob. Looking forward to our next stay!

The location was perfect. Close to the beach, near the shops, restaurants and the buzz of commercial
Steer but tucked away just enough so you have a calmness right outside our door. Really had a sweet Neighborhood vibe to it. The deli/coffee shop was right downtown made it so convenient to get something in the morning.
Communication with Rob was so easy and available. He kept me informed of checking in early if I needed, information about what Provincetown had to offer, and anything that came about while we were there.
The layout of the condo were so comfortable and the decor was so cape cod perfect. Truly an overall wonderful experience and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Exceeded expectations
This is one of those magical places. You find the street address, go to the top floor and see the full expanse of Cape Cod bay – a beautiful sight! The inside does not disappoint. The living room is very tastefully done and the kitchen is lovely and well equipped. We also enjoyed the unique design of the bathroom including the well-established Delosperma echinatum succulent aka a pickle plant. We didn’t realize this at first but the first floor houses a bakery that has amazing marble coffee cake and sandwiches. And of course everything was super clean.

I don't think you can get get a better property than this one in Ptown! I've stayed on Commercial Street a couple dozen times the past twenty years - this place was my favorite. It has it all, and is worth every penny. A centrally located (but ultra-private) generous two-bedroom with super comfortable beds, fully equipped open kitchen, and a big deck with a breathtaking views that changes all day long . Add the fact that 'Relish' is just around the corner, I was almost unable to leave the place bc all I did was eat incredible food on the deck all day and jump in and out of the bay. Two parking places, great towels & beach chairs, washer/dryer, a/c in every room, and prob the nicest host I've ever dealt with in Rob - seriously you'll want for nothing.
You can't go wrong with this one :)

This condo on the west end of Provincetown is beautiful. The interior is simple and comfortable and waking up everyday to the view of the bay/harbor is heavenly. It’s the perfect relaxing oasis close to everything. I definitely recommend staying here. Looking forward to future stays.

Magical slice of P-Town
This property is even better than pictured on Vrbo. From the spectacular views of the ocean seen from nearly ever window of this apartment, to the artistically decorated and well appointed kitchen, to the awesome location walking distance to the center of town, the Nest is as good as it gets in P-Town. The owners go above and beyond and have thought about every touch to make for a luxurious experience. We loved our stay and hope to some day return. Thanks for the hospitality.

Even in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic and a Nor'easter, we had a great time in this lovely spot. Great to watch the storm out on the ocean, and then the next day to explore the oh-so-quiet neighborhood, and national seashores. I love Provincetown best in the off-season, and this was a wonderful condo to land in. Comfy beds, nicely appointed kitchen, terrific views.

Fantastic Inside & Out
If you want to have an amazing view with all the amenities that one needs this is the place to stay. Every detail inside the home is well thought out and it is ultra relaxing. Nothing like waking up in the morning and looking out at the sea while you enjoy your coffee on the deck.
Plus, Relish which is right there has great breakfast and coffee to enjoy. The unit is close to everything one needs so I can’t say enough about our stay there. Just what we needed! Highly recommend staying here if you can.

Worth every penny
Communication between Rob was amazing and he thought of every single detail for renters. My mom and I spent 95% of our time on that gorgeous balcony watching the tide come in. The windows are endless and you can get a view out of every single one. You’re propped right above Relish and next door to Sal’s, two of the most charming spots in the west end. Everything was spotless and very nice- I would highly recommend staying here- we planned our entire trip around the availability of this place and it did not disappoint. Thank you for extending your home, Rob. We cannot wait to get back!

Another Amazing Stay at the Nest!
This is our 4th year staying at the Nest, and I know I'm starting to repeat myself, but each successive stay has managed to exceed the previous one. The owners, Rob and John, continue to make improvements to what has always been a stellar property. The place is very homey, yet fully equipped technologically and also has top-grade amenities. It is also spotless.
The Nest is very centrally located in the picturesque and quiet West End. And the views from the private roof deck are spectacular! The owners are easy to deal with, extremely responsive and very professional.
My partner and I are looking forward to staying again next year and for many years to come.

Perfection, As usual
This is our third time staying at "The Nest" and each stay gets better and better. The place personifies casual elegance in a beach setting, is fully equipped both technologically and with top-grade amenities. It is also spotless. The place is very centrally located in the picturesque West End. And the views from the private roof deck are spectacular! Beautiful and Peaceful
This condo is in the perfect location. It's right on the bay and it's a very short walk to the center of town. It's quiet, it's clean, it's well maintained, and the owner is great! It has a built-in sound system, AC (which we hardly ever needed), beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a deck umbrella, and very comfortable furniture. It has a cable TV, Apple TV and one off-street parking space. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is great. I couldn't recommend it more highly. The perfect vacation home!
