Our group of 8 enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location for a golf outing. House was well equipped and very comfortable for a group of adults. The golf carts were a plus!

This was an excellent property in Sandestin. The pictures and details accurately represented the property. The house was clean with plenty of beds and room to hang out. The owner was proactive and helpful in communicating. Lots to do just minutes away. Recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!! Everything was clean and sanitized. If at anytime I had a question or concern, Echo responded within 5 minutes or less. This was our first beach vacation with so much bad weather; even a tornado touched down close to the resort. Echo took it upon themselves to personally text me to make sure we were all safe… that definitely speaks volume! Overall, A+ experience!!!

Had a wonderful time. Echo was a great host. Our group had 6 adults and 5 kids between 2-10, and the house gave us plenty of room. Golf carts were great for zipping around and the beds were comfortable. Great stay!

Our time at this property could not have been better. We found the home incredibly stocked with everything we needed for a fun week. The kids loved the foosball table and toys in the house. The adults really enjoyed the screened porch. We sat out there for hours talking and drinking coffee. Echo was so kind to keep in touch throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We look forward to our next stay.

The house was larger than we expected and located in an older section of Sandestin close to the Links golf course, expertly remodeled in a modern coastal theme, and meticulously clean. We were in town for the week for a national junior golf tournament, and the house had plenty of room for 8 people and had everything we needed. The use of the 2 golf carts was a huge bonus shuttling family and friends to and from the tournament and dinners at Bayside. Echo touched base with us occasionally to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything. We've rented homes all over the world, and this home ranks at the top of our list in the overall experience.

we loved our stay at this home! The perfect house close to the beach, we were able to get around so easily on the golf cart provided! Echo was so nice and helpful throughout our stay and was just a call/text away for anything we needed!

There was plenty of room for our family of 11. The beds were so comfortable we had to find out where to purchase our own. Communication with the owner was superb! We loved Sandestin and having use of the golf cart! Thank you Echo!

Loved our evening golf cart rides!
Beautiful resort community, with golf cart access to the beach. We grilled on the back porch, overlooking the pond, very relaxing. Crab Island is a must. Traffic was pretty heavy being Memorial Day weekend, but we still had a great time! Echo was the best host I have ever dealt with. He answered all of our questions and we so helpful! We will definitely be back.

We loved all the updates the owner did. Property was clean and in a great location. Had a few issues, but owner was quick to respond and resolve! I think the only thing I would have liked were the bathrooms to be connected to the rooms. Otherwise it was perfect!! Loved that it has all king beds for the adults. That’s hard to find, at least from my experience. And all the kids toys and furniture was a great help for entertaining the kiddos in the house.😊Would definitely recommend!

Echo’s property was the perfect place to stay while celebrating my 30th birthday. Our whole group was blown away with every detail of the space- the grills, the TVs in every rooms, the foosball table, the decor, the golf cart, and all the beach chairs we would need. Great, clear communication. 10/10 would recommend, easily!

The Perfect Beach Stay
Echo’s property was the perfect place to stay while celebrating my 30th birthday. Our whole group was blown away with every detail of the space- the grills, the TVs in every rooms, the foosball table, the decor, the golf cart, and all the beach chairs we would need. Great, clear communication. 10/10 would recommend, easily!

It is one of those homes where it is designed to be beautiful, yet comfortable and durable for young kids. We were able to make and enjoy all meals in the home easily with the kitchen tools available and the table for 8 along with 6 little people table. Having the golf cart was great for adults to be able see different parts of the resort, take a crew to the beach, or grab any items needed from the nearby Publix. Even though there are many units, sitting on the back patio was very serene. Residents and guests were very considerate throughout the massive resort. The host was great to communicate with and easy to work with. Thank you for stocking the house with beach accessories and the golf cart! Next time we would bring or rent bikes as well.

Amazing!
I absolutely loved this property for so many reasons! It is beautiful and so much room! We had 7 adults and 3 children staying in home, but had tons of family come and visit each night. We had tons of room for eating and playing games! The home is very child friendly with a section just for them including toys and a large chalk board. They had so much fun and so did we! They loved feeding the turtles and the 3 ducks that hung around the house. The golf cart was so big and made life so easy while staying there! Echo, the owner was so friendly and answered any and all questions quickly. She was amazing and her home was amazing as well!
We are already planning to stay here again!

We had a fabulous time at this property! We had a group of 10-adults, teens and kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. Beach closet was stocked with everything you’d need and golf cart was perfect for getting around Sandestin. Echo, the property manager, was extremely helpful and quick to answer any questions. We all want to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here thoroughly. The property was clean and welcoming and the view was sublime— great for the whole family. The golf cart was in perfect condition, and the seating area outside was great any time of day. Echo was very accommodating and answered all of our questions.

Fabulous Girls Trip
This home was perfect for our girls trip and I am hoping to bring my family here in near future!! It is just a quick 5 minute golf cart ride to the Beach or the pool and also the Village of Baytowne Wharf . The house is Beautifully updated and very comfortable for adults and young kids alike! The owners are extremely helpful and answered any questions we had within minutes. 5 stars all around!

I'LL BE BACK
This house was fantastic. The most clean and fresh smelling rental we've ever rented. The beds and pillows were so nice. The best I've slept in months. Nothing is perfect but this place is as close as you get. You could park your car for the week and never have to get back in. There is so much stuff to do that is in range with the golf cart you don't have to leave. The lake in the back yard was beautiful. Coffee and feeding turtles in the morning, skipping golf balls across in the afternoon. The owners were so nice and answered every question we had within minutes. 100% we will rent this house again.

Spacious Rental in Sandestin!
This is a great property for those with large families or groups. It was a short ride to the beach and not too far away from the security gate/main Bayside entrance. The property needs some cosmetic TLC with minor issues like peeling pain on the bannister and a few scuff marks on walls. The living room sofa is white fabric and pretty stained. There is a sign posted indicating the property is being renovated for 2020 so I assume those things will be addressed. We had an issue with the golf cart during our stay and unfortunately unable to use it. The property manager was very responsive but unable to resolve before our departure. My family loved feeding the fish and turtles off the back patio! I will likely book there again after the renovations are complete.
